GGuest UserCome to Enping to play. This hotel is very close to Sands Plaza. It is clean and sanitary. The parking lot is large and convenient! It was a comfortable stay. The front desk was very hospitable. It’s a good hotel. I recommend it. I’ll stay here again next time I come to Enping!

The facilities are complete, including TV, air conditioning, kettle, etc., and they are all running well. The bathroom is clean and tidy, with good dry and wet separation. The signboard was very eye-catching and could be seen from afar. This newly renovated hotel had excellent air conditioning. The room was well soundproofed. GGuest UserThe navigation positioning is slightly biased. I feel that the second phase of the Overseas Chinese Mansion is better with Gaode direct navigation. The house is clean and odorless, the corridor is clean, the parking space is large, the community is very quiet, and it is a little inconvenient to eat, but it is not a problem if you drive by yourself. There are both inside and outside the community!

GGuest UserI won't comment on the good or bad, just the actual situation. The hotel is in a good location, with a shopping center downstairs offering everything from food and drinks to entertainment. The parking lot is large, but there's a 10 yuan overnight parking fee, which is a bit confusing. There's also a deposit for accommodation, which feels a bit like a throwback to the old days. Regarding the amenities, the room lacks a wardrobe, bathroom fixtures, or an internal phone. The good thing is that the outlets have USB ports, so you can charge your phone with your own charging cable. The bathroom doesn't have a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water comes from a separate 40-liter electric water heater. The room has a small sink, which is convenient for daily use. I won't go into detail about the other services; just don't expect too much. The hotel opened in 2022, making it relatively new in the area.

Service: This hotel has no service to speak of, the front desk and logistics staff are all clueless, not familiar with the hotel facilities and other instructions, went to the front desk to inquire about the dining and parking services, all the answers were: I don't know, especially the receptionist in the hotel lobby is outrageous, asked him how to go out, whether I need to scan the code or license plate registration, actually told us that we can go out directly, no charge, but we were charged 8 yuan when we went out The service in the hot springs is even worse. When you ask where the buffet is, the Thai Pavilion directs you to the second floor of the Tang Feng Pavilion. When you go up, they tell you to go to the front desk on the first floor to check out. In short, it is very troublesome. There is no 5-country pavilion in those pavilions.
Think twice about the so-called good service on the Internet. There is no service value for 600 yuan a night. Please train your employees. They are all like interns. They are very annoying from the check-in. Later, a lady who looks like a manager appeared and said all kinds of apologies and gave instructions. In short, it was a very bad experience!
