"Xiangxi Crown Hotel is a hotel with really good service. The hotel is high-end and atmospheric, especially the front desk lady Cao Dan who helped with check-in and arranged the room. The check-in experience was good and the service was very considerate. The hotel transportation is also convenient, and it is very convenient to eat and go shopping around. The lady Dandan is very thoughtful and detailed in her explanation!"

"I stayed one night in the old town of Lubiancheng. The location was great, right inside the old town, and the price was reasonable, so I chose this place. I arrived very late and greeted the landlady first. She said it was fine until midnight. I wanted to explore the old town that night and return by 11:45 PM. However, the guesthouse was locked. There was a sign on the door saying to call if needed, but I called repeatedly for twenty minutes without an answer. I knocked loudly and shouted to open the door, but no one responded. Finally, someone poked their head out from the second floor and said the side door could be opened. Even though my late return was a disturbance, I couldn't understand why they wouldn't answer the phone or say anything. They wouldn't answer, reply, or explain anything about such a simple service call. Even if I stayed in the old town again the following night, I was too scared. The experience of not being able to return home and not being able to answer or respond to calls was too traumatic, so I decisively chose another place and dared not stay there again."

1 The biggest feature is that the breakfast is great, rich in content, tastes good, and the environment is also very good.
2 The external environment of the hotel is very good.
3. The swimming pool experience is very poor. It gives the impression that the tenants are here to mop themselves up. There is no locker, no slippers, shampoo and shower gel. If you want a locker, you need to add 20 yuan.
4 The room experience was poor. (1) The door was insured after leaving the room and could not be opened. I went to the front desk and was told that it was insured by us (how could it be insured if there was no one in the room?). I could only ask the engineering department for repairs. In the end, the front desk refused to accept the insurance. admit. (2) The air conditioner could not be ”adjusted” and was extremely hot. I called the engineering department for inspection and maintenance. They said that the ventilation switch was turned off. After turning it on, it broke again after a period of time until I left."

"I stayed at this hotel during my National Day holiday trip. It's located near Ganzhou Ancient City, about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel reception wasn't very grand, but the rooms were spacious and had the feel of a five-star hotel. They even provided a fruit platter, and the breakfast was very generous, far exceeding other hotels and basically reaching four-star standards. Most importantly, the price during the National Day holiday was reasonable, not one of those ridiculously inflated prices. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jishou!"

"Located in the remote Miao village. If you love quiet peacefulness, come and stay for the night. Rooms are decorated with beautiful Miao tapestry, soft bedding, clean lines and is a very new feeling place. Breakfast was a range of small dishes, with fruits, noodles, hard boiled egg, etc, etc. Nice assortment. There is not much in the village, but people seeking a night of solitude, viewing the stars from the balcony and appreciating the beauty of the remote lifestyle of the Miao people will be enchanted. We stayed here between the busy visits to Fenghuang and Zhangjiajie and liked the natural, quiet feel."

I checked in around 9 PM and checked out around 8 AM the next morning, and there was no breakfast at all! I was in a hurry to run errands, so I didn't think much of it."

"The lady at the front desk of the hotel saw that she was bringing children, so she upgraded to a suite. The room was very large. She also gave the children special bathrobes and slippers, as well as fruits. The children were very happy. The breakfast was rich and the service attitude was also very good. My favorite hotel is right above the Aizhai Bridge. You don’t have to spend money to go to the Aizhai Bridge alone. I didn’t expect such a big space when staying in an RV. It’s also very clean and not noisy. The swimming pool on the top of the mountain is so amazing. It’s a movie. This hotel was great value. We had big spacious rooms with bathrooms and a sun terrace to eat and dry our laundry. The thing I remember most is the kindness and hospitality of the lovely lady who runs the property. She was so smiley and accommodating. She helped us store our bikes in the lobby and carry our bags upstairs. We arrived a little early for check in and she offered us drinks from the refrigerator while we were waiting. In the morning she had been practicing English and asked us in English where we were from, where we were going and welcomed us to China and wished us luck with our journey. I was very touched by this kindness. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers

This hotel is located inside Jishou East Railway Station, making it an ideal choice for anyone travelling by high-speed train. The service was truly outstanding. The lady at the front desk and the cook in the canteen were exceptionally helpful. The room was excellent and very comfortable. Please note that the hotel is not situated in Jishou City itself, but you can easily reach the city by Bus No. 22 or by taxi. For my travel plan, the location was perfect since I was commuting by train. I am fully satisfied with the service and the courteous behavior of the staff.

I stayed 4days, but It was so nice hotel. The room was comfy and kept it clean by staff every day. I can’t speak Chinese, but Some staffs can speak English and all staffs is helpful. When I have some question or some trouble, they helped deeply. I could go anywhere easily by bus or taxi. The room has a projection sets we can watch some movies and landscape from the window was so good. On another note,If you want to use a microwave oven,you should tell owner and get her to take you to her house for using it. The water is offered for free at room temperature. The refrigerator is an only 1st floor. These are typically habits in Chinese hotel room so just noted.
