"Xiangxi Crown Hotel is a hotel with really good service. The hotel is high-end and atmospheric, especially the front desk lady Cao Dan who helped with check-in and arranged the room. The check-in experience was good and the service was very considerate. The hotel transportation is also convenient, and it is very convenient to eat and go shopping around. The lady Dandan is very thoughtful and detailed in her explanation!"

"I stayed one night in the old town of Lubiancheng. The location was great, right inside the old town, and the price was reasonable, so I chose this place. I arrived very late and greeted the landlady first. She said it was fine until midnight. I wanted to explore the old town that night and return by 11:45 PM. However, the guesthouse was locked. There was a sign on the door saying to call if needed, but I called repeatedly for twenty minutes without an answer. I knocked loudly and shouted to open the door, but no one responded. Finally, someone poked their head out from the second floor and said the side door could be opened. Even though my late return was a disturbance, I couldn't understand why they wouldn't answer the phone or say anything. They wouldn't answer, reply, or explain anything about such a simple service call. Even if I stayed in the old town again the following night, I was too scared. The experience of not being able to return home and not being able to answer or respond to calls was too traumatic, so I decisively chose another place and dared not stay there again."

1 The biggest feature is that the breakfast is great, rich in content, tastes good, and the environment is also very good.
2 The external environment of the hotel is very good.
3. The swimming pool experience is very poor. It gives the impression that the tenants are here to mop themselves up. There is no locker, no slippers, shampoo and shower gel. If you want a locker, you need to add 20 yuan.
4 The room experience was poor. (1) The door was insured after leaving the room and could not be opened. I went to the front desk and was told that it was insured by us (how could it be insured if there was no one in the room?). I could only ask the engineering department for repairs. In the end, the front desk refused to accept the insurance. admit. (2) The air conditioner could not be ”adjusted” and was extremely hot. I called the engineering department for inspection and maintenance. They said that the ventilation switch was turned off. After turning it on, it broke again after a period of time until I left."

"I stayed at this hotel during my National Day holiday trip. It's located near Ganzhou Ancient City, about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel reception wasn't very grand, but the rooms were spacious and had the feel of a five-star hotel. They even provided a fruit platter, and the breakfast was very generous, far exceeding other hotels and basically reaching four-star standards. Most importantly, the price during the National Day holiday was reasonable, not one of those ridiculously inflated prices. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jishou!"

"Located in the remote Miao village. If you love quiet peacefulness, come and stay for the night. Rooms are decorated with beautiful Miao tapestry, soft bedding, clean lines and is a very new feeling place. Breakfast was a range of small dishes, with fruits, noodles, hard boiled egg, etc, etc. Nice assortment. There is not much in the village, but people seeking a night of solitude, viewing the stars from the balcony and appreciating the beauty of the remote lifestyle of the Miao people will be enchanted. We stayed here between the busy visits to Fenghuang and Zhangjiajie and liked the natural, quiet feel."

"The B&B is right next to the ancient city of Qianzhou. It is a very artistic B&B and is a surprise during the trip. It is very cost-effective. "The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was nice; the view from the 16th floor was also quite good. However, breakfast was included in my booking through Ctrip, but the front desk staff pretended not to know unless I mentioned it. I checked in around 9 PM and checked out around 8 AM the next morning, and there was no breakfast at all! I was in a hurry to run errands, so I didn't think much of it."

"The lady at the front desk of the hotel saw that she was bringing children, so she upgraded to a suite. The room was very large. She also gave the children special bathrobes and slippers, as well as fruits. The children were very happy. The breakfast was rich and the service attitude was also very good. It is recommended to stay here."

GGuest UserThis hotel was decent, and my family all said they slept very comfortably. I recommend eating at the restaurant near the waterfall; it was lovely and peaceful. As for the scenic area, we're a bit older and couldn't manage much climbing, so we just took the electric shuttle route, which was very comfortable.

GGuest UserThis small inn is great. The owner and his wife are very diligent. They drove to the parking lot to pick us up and showed us the way to Tianwentai. The owner's son is also very talkative. He talked about his own growth experience and how to get out of the predicament. Now he is fully responsible. The air in the mountain is good and there are several hiking routes. I look forward to visiting Dehang again next time. I highly recommend their inn!

GGuest UserThe lady boss is very enthusiastic and talkative! The room facilities are complete, and the proprietress thoughtfully prepared electric mosquito repellent liquid. The hotel environment is also very good in a scenic area (no cockroaches or other insects were seen). I stayed in a creek-view room, and when I opened the window, I could see the beautiful scenery in Figure 1. I could listen to the sound of the stream at night, and fell asleep with my pillow on the stream. I originally planned to leave, but stayed one more night, facing the Dehang Miao Village. The beautiful scenery and this inn are worth visiting again!

NNabrudisJust one word: amazing!!! Lost in the middle of nowhere, this hotel is a gem worth the detour. Both the camping car (ideal for a family) and the heated infinity pool were idyllic. The Aizhai highway bridge is breathtaking and one of the best views is indeed from the pool! The only downside is the limited dining options (the hotel restaurant closes very early at night; food delivery arranged by the hotel staff is possible, but it takes ages to arrive). But that's to be expected given the hotel's location.

It's right next to Century Square, with shopping malls and supermarkets downstairs, as well as a street full of late-night snacks. The rooms were clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The buffet late-night snacks were fantastic; after a tiring evening out, a bowl of hot wontons was a delightful treat. The breakfast selection was also plentiful. Excellent value for money! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

GGuest UserThis hotel was great value. We had big spacious rooms with bathrooms and a sun terrace to eat and dry our laundry. The thing I remember most is the kindness and hospitality of the lovely lady who runs the property. She was so smiley and accommodating. She helped us store our bikes in the lobby and carry our bags upstairs. We arrived a little early for check in and she offered us drinks from the refrigerator while we were waiting. In the morning she had been practicing English and asked us in English where we were from, where we were going and welcomed us to China and wished us luck with our journey. I was very touched by this kindness. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers
