The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. The owner is also incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us like a friend and even proactively recommending great local spots. The whole experience was top-notch! Why brave the Arctic for repetitive food when home-style comfort is already waiting with a bowl and a smile? Youran lives up to its name: unforced, gentle, human. It felt less like a hotel and more like visiting relatives who keep refilling your bowl because you look “too thin.” This became the perfect launchpad for my Harbin expedition, three nights of settling in, warming up, and learning that charm travels better than luxury. Now, the honest bone (every good dog buries one): I’d give this a 4.1 stars if decimals existed. "First of all, a huge thank you to the owner for saving us a room. I wanted to stay on the first floor, but it showed as unavailable on Ctrip. I tried messaging the owner through the backend, and they arranged a first-floor room for us, so we didn't have to carry our small dog up the stairs. Also, the shower is a wet/dry separation, and you can charge your car right outside the door. Although the room was a bit small, the owner said we could arrange it ourselves. There's a restaurant right across the street and a supermarket nearby, and it's very close to the market. A very convenient hotel overall."
