"The room was clean and odor-free, the front desk staff were welcoming, and the location was convenient. I'd definitely choose this place again next time. The cleanliness details were exceptionally well-maintained, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning! Breakfast was rich and delicious, and the service was thoughtful and prompt. The value for money is truly high, highly recommended!"

"Well located. New but design clearly full of after thoughts. For example odd wires sticking out because of after the event design alterations. Toilet and shower doors are transparent which is quite silly. Even families staying together don’t necessarily want to see one another in the buff. Hotel is a work in progress with renovation going on. Free Chinese style simple breakfast provided which was a nice touch. Toiletries not the best quality. Still, probably one of the better hotels in rustic Mohe."

"First of all, a huge thank you to the owner for saving us a room. I wanted to stay on the first floor, but it showed as unavailable on Ctrip. I tried messaging the owner through the backend, and they arranged a first-floor room for us, so we didn't have to carry our small dog up the stairs. Also, the shower is a wet/dry separation, and you can charge your car right outside the door. Although the room was a bit small, the owner said we could arrange it ourselves. There's a restaurant right across the street and a supermarket nearby, and it's very close to the market. A very convenient hotel overall."

"Facilities: The heating was excellent! We could comfortably sleep in shorts and t-shirts without shoes in the room. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy, highly satisfied! Service: The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. They even brought us frozen persimmons and frozen pears; the persimmons were so sweet, highly recommended! I also want to give a special shout-out to our driver. He patiently waited for us to take photos and never rushed us. The restaurants he took us to were also delicious. There were four of us with six suitcases, and he effortlessly carried them all up to our room and then down again when we left. He was truly amazing! Wishing the hotel and the driver great success! 😘"

"Facilities: Our family room was located on the ground floor, offering pleasant views of blue skies, white clouds, and green lawns just outside the window. The room itself wasn't huge, but had a lovely rustic wooden aesthetic throughout, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. A thermos flask was provided, which we could refill with hot water from the lobby. Disposable toiletries were plentiful, though the bathroom lacked a separate wet and dry area. Cleanliness: The place was spotless, and housekeeping was very efficient. Environment: Located about 3 kilometers beyond the scenic area's main entrance, it offered a wonderfully quiet escape. The guesthouse itself was tastefully designed with a charming, rustic vibe. It even boasted a quaint vegetable garden and a peaceful gazebo in the courtyard, perfect for sitting quietly, enjoying the breeze, and reading a book – truly idyllic. Service: The owners, a family, were quiet but incredibly hardworking and attentive. They subtly ensured all our needs were met without much fuss. They even offered complimentary rides for us to see the reindeer and enjoy a boat trip. Breakfast: Breakfast included 5 cold dishes, boiled eggs, fried dough sticks, steamed buns, flower rolls, corn porridge, and soy milk. Everything was homemade by the owner and utterly delicious. This was our children's favorite place on the entire trip; three nights simply weren't enough! We hope to return again during the snowy season."

The room was a delightful surprise—spacious, airy, and brightly lit, with every corner spotless, creating a completely oppressive atmosphere. The bed deserves special praise; its perfect firmness and softness instantly melted away travel fatigue, making me feel truly at home. Even the toiletries were L'Occitane, showcasing quality and care in every detail. The surrounding scenery was also superb, with views right outside the window. "Visiting Arctic Village and staying at Shiye Zhiyou, time truly flew by! Despite the gloomy, rainy weather, taking a moment to browse through everyone's postcard messages really brightened my spirits. The array of cultural and creative products on display was incredibly ingenious and captivating. My child even wrote some postcards here, and a friendly staff member was kind enough to help us mail them! Coincidentally, it was my birthday during our stay, and in the evening, a staff member surprised me with a bowl of birthday noodles. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture, creating a truly memorable, albeit simple, birthday celebration. This truly is a heartwarming, delightful, and engaging place."

"The hotel is very distinctive, and the boss decoration is very willing to spend money. The location is in the Arctic Village, quiet in the middle of noisy, 10 minutes walk from the commercial street. The boss is hospitable, the staff is attentive, and the experience is very good!"

The biggest surprise was being able to do laundry, which is super practical for anyone on a longer road trip – it solved a major headache. Parking was also incredibly convenient; no need to hunt for a spot, you just park right downstairs, which is hassle-free and secure. The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. The owner is also incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us like a friend and even proactively recommending great local spots. The whole experience was top-notch! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, and I highly recommend it to everyone~"

"I forgot to take pictures of the B&B, so I'll use some photos of the surrounding area instead. When we drove up, the exterior didn't look like much, but as soon as we stepped inside, I absolutely loved it. The facilities are very modern and unlike other B&Bs in the area. It's super clean and well-equipped, and they even provide disposable bath towels and hand towels for guests, which is a fantastic touch. Definitely worth a visit!"
