I went to Chaoshan with my father and sister. The room was by the sea, clean and tidy. The floor-to-ceiling bay window looked directly at the sea. The tatami was very convenient. The three of us sisters played cards and slept on the tatami. It was very convenient to have a washing machine, so we could wash clothes at any time. The housekeeper service was in place and responsive. When we arrived, we were sent to the surrounding specialty food and restaurants. Check-in was very convenient. We stayed for two nights. The next morning, we asked them to clean the room. It was very clean and the clothes were folded neatly. It was considerate!

Environment: Not to mention the location, with a first-line sea view of Qing'ao Bay, the lobby is grand, and the rooms are clean and tidy. I originally wanted to watch the sunrise but I didn’t watch it, but I caught up with it when I was on the sea. Hahaha, the inland people were ecstatic.
Service: The service is super good. Because there were not many people checking in that day, the lady at the front desk let us choose the room we like. The welcome fruit was super delicious, but I didn’t eat breakfast because I was too lazy.
Hygiene: clean. There are good reviews for toilet seats.
Facilities: The equipment is a little bit old. Our bathroom door cannot be closed. It would be nice if there was a white light in the bathroom. It is more practical for girls to put on makeup. Everything else is good.

The service was very good. The whole trip was warm. Because we ordered takeout in the room, there were not enough tables. After talking to the housekeeper, a table was quickly moved for us. The service was really great. Speaking of hygiene, it was still good. However, the bed sheets were not changed for us the next day. The housekeeper said that if you extend your stay the next day, they will not be changed. I have suggested this. When I booked this hotel online, I saw many praise reviews. After checking in, I was really surprised. The suite was neat and clean, with complete facilities. The room faced the sea and the scenery was very pleasant. More importantly, I felt the home-like service. As soon as I arrived at the parking lot, I saw the hotel battery car waiting there. When I arrived at the front desk, a young man named Cai Ruanying (the staff had a name tag on their chest) answered our questions enthusiastically and explained the precautions. He asked the leaders to coordinate and solve some of the requirements we raised during our stay. Chen Xiufang and Zhang Chuyin also gave us great convenience in room service, and sweet soup was delivered to the room every night. In addition, the staff service in the restaurant was also enthusiastic and standardized, and the hotel dining was also convenient and delicious. There were not many types of breakfast, but each was very delicious, and the seafood dinner was also very cost-effective. By the way, the smart toilet in the room was particularly comfortable and easy to use, and the flashlight at the head of the bed was also particularly convenient and practical. First of all, Boss Xiaolin is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to introduce nearby bus routes, food, and tourist attractions. You can see the sea when you stand in front of the window, and you can reach the beach in ten minutes' walk. The bus stop for entering the island is just downstairs, and the stop is called ”Tianyu Villa”. At the beginning of the lively Promenade. After entering the island, the bus passed by here first before heading to the town. Two stops away from the bustling visitor center. 服務很是周到，餐廳爺爺雖然聽不太懂普通話，“手舞足蹈”的溝通下依然耐心的幫忙熱飯熱菜，幾個小姐姐對孩子也特別熱情（孩子喜歡吃餐廳的包子，入住三天結果每天早餐就衹吃包子，雷打不動）老闆一家也超級温暖，非常感謝💗
海邊晚上風大房間有點冷，空調打開後二層温度很快熱了，但一層調整了風向和風速後也沒有變化稍微有點冷！

GGuest UserReally nice apartment, it works like Airbnb in Europe. You rent an apartment, get a code by WeChat to enter the flat. Our flat had amazing view with no obstacles on the beach and sea. The greatest thing was that one of the beds was next to the window with the view. There was air conditioning in each room. There were two bathrooms, two bedrooms, loggia, small living room with kitchen (kettle, microwave). The location was next to the beach, next to a lot of restaurants and next to the statue of Tropic of Cancer. The flat could be more clean, but it was ok. The mattress was really hard, so you need to like that. The shop is in the building on 1 floor. I think this was the best place in this beach town.
