"This was my third visit to Jiuhua Mountain. The previous two times, I stayed at Arcadia in Zhubei Town. This time, I brought my parents and decided to try this hotel instead. It exceeded my expectations! We stayed one night and had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there.
Breakfast was pretty standard but filling, and it was quite busy. The Chinese restaurant for lunch is absolutely worth going to! The stinky mandarin fish was better than what we had at the lakeside restaurant on the first floor, though their hairy tofu was better there. The stir-fried pork with bamboo shoots and wood ear mushrooms was absolutely delicious, and the prices were reasonable with a nice ambiance.
For dinner, the Western buffet was 70 RMB per person for hotel guests, which I thought was a good deal. The seafood wasn't super fresh, but each person got a large hairy crab. After a hike, it was nice to have some hot pot. I'll definitely be back again this year and will stay at this hotel."

"The front desk said they upgraded my room to one with floor-to-ceiling windows, and it was quite spacious. There was a slight issue with soundproofing, or perhaps it's just that some Chinese tourists aren't very considerate – the tour group next door was very loud. Breakfast was also affected by the large tour groups, which detracted from the experience. However, for a hotel within a scenic area, the variety at breakfast was acceptable. My only minor complaint is about the hot springs. I don't quite understand why you're required to wear swimwear (swimsuit and trunks) in the indoor hot springs. I get it for the outdoor co-ed springs. The cheapest swim trunks sold in the lobby are 48 yuan, and the cheapest swimsuits are 198 yuan, with the most expensive being 298 yuan. The temperature of the indoor hot springs was very good, though. The front desk staff (my 'butler') was quite proactive and enthusiastic; they even added me on WeChat to give a very detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and services."

"During my pilgrimage to Jiuhua Mountain, I stumbled upon a wonderful hotel. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent. The receptionist, Xiao Wang, was incredibly friendly and even upgraded us to a better room. We originally planned to visit the front of Jiuhua Mountain, but we mistakenly booked the back. However, it was definitely worth it because the hot spring resort was very vegetarian-friendly, with a dedicated vegetarian section offering a variety of options. For anyone planning a pilgrimage to Jiuhua Mountain, I highly recommend the Alkadi Hotel! And remember to look for Xiao Wang at the reception! He's a very kind and helpful person!"

"Visited Jiuhua Mountain before the Spring Festival and chose this Hanting Hotel. The facilities are brand new, with Xiaomi smart controls for appliances and curtains. The hygiene is excellent, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Parking is convenient, and the service is great. It's very close to Gate 4 of Dayuan Garden, and about 800 meters from the Jiuhua Mountain scenic area shuttle bus, which is super convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Jiuhua Mountain."

"I must give it a thumbs up👍 This time I went to Kuhuayaki and I couldn’t stay on the mountain for some reason. I wanted to give it a try and found a B&B at the bottom of the mountain. Unexpectedly, I found a treasure. The store is located near the visitor center and is convenient for taking the shuttle bus. , the first floor is its own small supermarket with rich items, the room is on the second floor, the decoration is very new and clean, there is plenty of hot water, the central air conditioning is also very powerful, all the facilities and equipment are good, and the most important thing is that there is an open-air balcony. You can see the 99-meter Buddha from the terrace. You must know that this is a room of about 160! ! !
The boss is also very enthusiastic. I have to leave at 5:30 the next morning, and the boss sets an alarm clock of 4:50 to open the store for me👍👍👍

"Arrived very late at night, and the staff had already turned on the air conditioning in our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. They waited up for us and even explained the local tourist routes. The hotel itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable. All the room requests I made on the app were fulfilled. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Thanks for the hospitality!"

"This time I came to Jiuhuashan to choose this homestay, the overall experience exceeded expectations!
The location is very good, just next to the Jiuhua Holy Land archway, very close to the visitor center, self-driving parking is also very convenient, you don't have to get up early to catch the morning fragrance, and you are especially friendly to friends who pray for blessings.
Booked a twin room, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was very stable. The space is spacious, the bay window and the projector by the window are very good points, and the rainy day is in the room to watch movies and mountain views, and the atmosphere is full. The second floor terrace can directly see the archway and mountain views, and the rainy cloud and fog scenery has a unique artistic conception.
The boss was warm and thoughtful, and took the initiative to introduce us to the play route and the guide to avoid the pit. He also recommended nearby food, which was very intimate. "This guesthouse experience was absolutely perfect! Located halfway up a mountain, the guesthouse offers views of an entire bamboo forest right from the window. In the morning mist, sipping tea on the terrace feels like stepping into a landscape painting. The room features a modern Chinese Zen design, with wooden furniture and warm yellow lighting. The tatami mattress provides just the right amount of support, and the bathroom even has underfloor heating – it's so cozy and warm after a shower. The housekeeper was incredibly thoughtful, not only turning on the air conditioning beforehand but also hand-drawing a map of nearby hiking trails. His recommended local restaurant, with its bamboo shoot and pork stew, was so delicious I ate three bowls of rice! The biggest surprise was finding a thermos of brown sugar ginger tea by the bedside when I returned in the evening, meant to ward off the chill of mountain nights. The common area's bookshelves were filled with travel magazines, and there was firewood piled up by the fireplace. On rainy days, curling up on the beanbag chair and reading while listening to the rain made me never want to go out. Upon check-out, I received a small bamboo basket of wild berries – their sweet and sour taste still makes my mouth water!"

It was really a very satisfying living experience. Very cost-effective. The owner of the B&B is very welcoming and not only picks you up at the entrance of the scenic spot. He also took the initiative to carry the luggage. He took the initiative to introduce how to visit Jiuhua Mountain and designed a two-day itinerary. The design of the homestay is very artistic and shows the thoughtfulness everywhere. I spent two days in Jiuhua Mountain and compared it with other B&Bs, this one really stood out at first glance. The two meals we had at the B&B were also very delicious, far exceeding my expectations, and both were great value for money! And delicious tea! In summary, the price-performance ratio is amazing!

A truly exceptional stay on Jiuhuashan I have stayed in many guesthouses across China, but this one stands out in a very special way. From the very first moment, the communication via WeChat was friendly, quick, and reliable – even though my Chinese is limited and the staff’s English is not extensive. Still, everything worked beautifully. Warm, patient, uncomplicated. It already gives you the feeling that you are in good hands. I stayed for two days, and throughout my entire time there, everything was perfectly organized. I was picked up right on time upon arrival – an invaluable service in a mountain area that can be a little confusing for newcomers. The guesthouse itself is extremely comfortable: warm, well-designed rooms with excellent facilities, a huge screen, electric curtains, cozy bedding, and all the small details that make travel easier. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of. During my stay, the staff assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and without any complications. When it was time to leave, they also arranged transport back to my bus at exactly the time I requested. Truly flawless service. But the most extraordinary highlight was something I did not expect at all: the free guided tour that the homestay organizes for all their guests. They drove us to the starting point, and then we spent the day walking through the misty mountain paths, visiting nine of the most important temples on Jiuhuashan. It was magical – quiet, mysterious, deeply atmospheric. Our guide took wonderful care of everyone, explained so much about the temples, the mountain, the history, and the spirit of Dizang Bodhisattva, and created a sense of depth that went far beyond sightseeing. This was not a tourist activity. It was a spiritual and cultural experience – something you can only receive from people who truly love their mountain and want to share it with others. In the fog, among ancient stones, incense smoke, and the sound of footsteps on wet leaves, one begins to understand why Jiuhuashan has been a sacred place for centuries. My conclusion: This homestay offers not only comfort, warmth, and excellent service, but also a genuine connection to the spiritual heart of Jiuhuashan. I can recommend Tanxiangyuan Homestay without any hesitation. For pilgrims, travelers, lovers of nature, or anyone seeking a meaningful experience, this place is simply perfect. I am grateful for every moment I spent there.

A special thousand gratitude to miss jjiming the wonderful energetic young lady at the reception.she even went with us at the Jiuhuashan tourist service center without our request to help buying tour and buses tickets. So nice The place is ideally situated near the tourist center when all buses departed for mt jiuhua and back to Chizhou or to the new jiuhua speed train station. So many I mean huge selection of restaurants,supermarkets around. Amenities are plentiful in the niicely decorated room mixing wood and glassware but surprisingly there is no breakfast available. Also the sound isolation is not top and I can hear my neighbours in early morning,not help by the gap at the bottom at the door entrance, It could be easily a perfect 10 but nothing is ! Totally recommend the place.. from the tourist center, walk 10 min to the new commercial with a huge stone flower as an indicator, walk inside and 1st right in a small ally..the hotel in at your right 100m further

After reading the sharing on Xiaohongshu, I decided to stay here. It lived up to my expectations after checking in. The room was clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. The environment and atmosphere of the homestay were very unique, with many interesting small landscapes that made people's eyes shine! The boss girl was very friendly and drove us in person. The car was very cool 👍👍👍 The dishes cooked by the aunt were delicious. Basically, every dish was eaten clean. We said we would come back for dinner. The aunt was very considerate and prepared the dishes in advance. When we came back at the agreed time, we ate hot local chicken soup. It was delicious! I originally planned to stay for only two days, but because I felt comfortable, I stayed for another day. Next time I come to Jiuhua, this should be our first choice!

The location of this so ideal for me. It was very peaceful and the room was facing the DiZhang Bodhisattva. I could do my prayer, meditation and connect with DiZhang Bodhisattva daily. The recption is friendly and helpful. The furnishing and the resort hotel facilities were old. The sound proof of the room was poor as you could hear some guests were talking and shouting. But luckily it was a low season. Local Chinese will flood these areas duing the Labor day (01-03 May) and their National day (01-07 Oct). Please avoid visiting duing these periods. High speed rail - Jiuhuashan station just completed. Use this station to access Jiuhuashan. Less than 30min to reach Jiuhua Mountain Dayuan Culture Park (九华山大愿文化园). Highly recommend to stay around the 九华山风景区柯村新区.
