"My husband and I stayed at Taoyuan City Suites and overall, we had a great experience. Since I had almost 30kg of baggage, we decided to take a taxi from Taoyuan Airport Terminal 1 instead of taking the train. The ride was quick and convenient, costing only NT$180, which was worth it considering the heavy luggage. Check-in was smooth and fast. However, I think it would be even better if the reception staff could be a little warmer and more welcoming with smiles to make guests feel more comfortable. That said, they communicate well in English, which made the whole process hassle-free. For dining, since there aren’t many food options around the area, my husband and I decided to avail of their buffet dinner, which runs from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The food was delicious and definitely worth it! Special thanks to the Filipina staff who assisted us — she was very accommodating and always smiling. We really appreciate how smart and attentive she was. At first, she spoke to us professionally in English, matching the language we used, but she quickly sensed we were Filipinos and made us feel very welcome. Ate, if you’re reading this — thank you so much, and we hope to see you again when we come back! The hotel accepts credit card payments for accommodations, but if you book a taxi through them, you’ll need to pay the driver in cash (NT$200). It’s convenient since they also help arrange transportation for guests. Since the hotel is only about 10 minutes away from the airport, you can expect to hear some airplane noise. However, during our stay, my husband and I didn’t have any trouble sleeping and weren’t disturbed by the sound at all. Overall, we had a comfortable and satisfying stay at Taoyuan City Suites. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers with early flights since it’s close to Taoyuan Airport. We’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing, and accessible place near the airport."

"The B&B is located about eight kilometers away from Taoyuan Airport and the high-speed rail, making it a great place for travelers who want to take a short stopover. In addition to taking a taxi directly to the B&B, you can also take the MRT at the airport to A18 Taoyuan High-Speed ​​Rail and transfer to 206D. The homestay is located in a residential area, with self-service check-in and no one to disturb you. It is quiet at night and there are birds, frogs and cicadas singing in the morning. I have to say that the only drawback of this B&B is that it is a bit far from the city and requires taking a bus (there are specific times, but it is very suitable for a slow pace), but otherwise there is nothing to complain about."

"Although it is a little far from the MRT station, the hotel has a car dealership for us to call a car, so that we feel very convenient for flying very early, and the service is very good. In the middle of the night, I am not afraid of being hungry. There is instant noodles downstairs, or other small snacks to eat. The only small suggestion is that you can put a foot pad outside the bathroom!"

"The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the MRT station. The owner is welcoming, the facilities inside are quite complete, the room is clean, and there are slippers provided that are not disposable. It is also not far from the airport."

"The exterior is unassuming. You must keep a lookout for the signboard when in the vicinity. However, once you reach the check-in counter at level 6, it feels like you've been teleported to a different world. It's clean and modern. The electrical plugs are international. So, no adapters required on our end. I will come back again because it is within 5 min walking distance to Taoyuan train station. The HSR station."

"We enjoyed our stay even for a while. The staffs are friendly and accommodating, they can speak in english which is favorable for us. The room is clean and organized. It’s been raining the whole time yet we are still able to go outside the city proper just because the location is very mych accessible. We did enjoy soaking ul in the pool at night too. The night market is just a few meters away and we went there for some foodtrip. If have the chance we will definitely come back."

"the hotel is suitable if you have a quick escape and group of family the room is big and clean the receptionist are kind and can speak english they are always smilling,if you are planning to bring a toddler it is highly recommended they can run inside the room because of the bigger space. ,thats why I book twice after I tried another hotel I decide to come back in this hotel not pricey but it wont cost you that much I like the hotel!just bring food or snacks"

"Hotel was not bad, although they do have some weird policies. We arrived late night at 3am and we wanted to sleep in - they offered breakfast boxes to be prepared to the room if you wish; we asked about it but they refused to cater to it. They only said we had to request it 2 nights in advance, which didn’t work for us last minute travellers. Room is good and clean, location is good and they provide free shuttle to the High Speed Rail station - so that’s a plus."

"My stay in this hotel was amazing & superb!!..it first started w/ some sort of issues due to language barrier, but, patched it up and moved forward!! Leo, the manager was very cordial, welcoming, and approachable. The best manager in the town!. Angelo, the receptionist, really let me feel to be comfy & extended a very excellent customer service as receptionist . Kudos to you guys!! Keep up the good work! I will be coming back again !!"
