"The hotel is right across from the ski rental hall, but parking is quite a distance away, requiring a shuttle bus to transport luggage. The hotel includes ski passes, offering great value for money, but the service quality is terrible. For instance, when checking in at the front desk, they didn't mention the included lunch and hot spring vouchers unless I asked. Even then, they initially refused to give them to me, despite seeing others receive theirs. I had to insist to get them. I also asked for an extra key card for electricity, but it didn't work. Early in the morning, housekeeping kept knocking on my door, saying the front desk had accidentally checked me out. When I requested a late checkout, the front desk verbally agreed, but my room card stopped working at noon anyway."

Ms. Zheng, the front desk clerk, is extremely professional, welcoming, and always smiling, making her feel incredibly friendly. Check-in and check-out are quick and efficient. The cleanliness is also very reassuring. The room is cleaned daily, ensuring the floor is spotless and the furniture is dust-free. The toilet and shower in the bathroom are thoroughly disinfected, free of stains and odors. It can be seen that the hotel has put a lot of effort into hygiene."
