冬季的集安是一座秀麗清冷的小城，纖塵不染，整潔肅靜。集安的全季酒店位置絕佳，距離火盆街和大吉他廣場都在400米以內。酒店有地下停車場，但停了很多集安政府的公務車，剩餘車位不多，不過對面的集安行政大廳晚間有很多車位。酒店房間設施齊全乾凈整潔，氣味芬芳安靜舒適。酒店服務人員主動熱情，本次入住非常滿意。

房間住的非常滿意，小愛可以控制電視空調窗簾，房間智能設備很好用，可投屏電視，有地下停車場，東北的冬天有地下停車實在太方便了，早餐品種多，乾淨整潔，酒店設計很年輕化，前台服務態度很好，都非常熱情，還會提前告知樓層温度，空調使用，退房還給送了温的礦泉水。

房間温馨乾淨，燈光舒適，就在政府側面，房間熱水特別沖，特別熱，洗完真的很解乏。空調也是特別好用，唯一就是感覺有點幹，有加濕器就更好了，整體滿意👍

衞生就還可以，服務超好的，問停車場位置，前台小妹非常有耐心的回答了兩遍，看我還是不太明白，前台小哥哥帶我們去地下車庫，非常棒！雖然他也承認，我們辦理入住時段不那麼繁忙，但還是很感激周到體貼的服務。酒店周邊非常便利，鴨綠江走過去十分鐘，大吉他六七分鐘，旁邊還有超市，葯店，飯店，應有盡有。酒店房間離居民樓的確近了些，但也還好，畢竟都要拉上窗簾，居民樓貌似拉的更緊。酒店的缺點，乾濕分離設計的不是很合理，但好像也沒有更好的解決方案，畢竟面積就那麼大。地下車庫過於暗了，稍微裏面一點兒就什麼都看不清，想車子裏拿進拿出東西非常不便，希望改進哈。

環境：周圍環境很好，吃完飯到對面公園，鴨綠江邊溜達一圈，心情舒暢。集安小城的環境真的是挺美的

前台接待人員很沒有禮貌，我正在自助辦理房卡，讓我讓開給其他旅客辦理，當時都無語了，看來必要的培訓真的很重要，帶着孩子不想破壞心情，總之不推薦，在集安這個小邊境城市真把自己當五星級酒店了

出遊第二次選擇全季酒店，環境和裝修風格比較簡約，對於旅遊歇腳足夠了，最主要離我想看的大吉他很近，周邊環境很美！但這次的房間有點兒小插曲，先是發現窗子關不上，後又發現電視遙控電池沒電了，小愛同學也連不上電視，還好經溝通馬上都解決了，希望以後店家可以及時檢查。房間沒有拍照片，總之每個全季酒店都差不多的。

房間比較大，比較乾淨。洗澡水流很大，但忽冷忽熱，洗澡不舒服。網絡總掉線。服務質量較低，速度慢，態度不夠熱情、缺少耐心。沒有遙控器，前台一個女孩就説在床頭櫃上，讓她過來幫忙，打了2次電話催促就不高興了。前台高個子男生服務熱情值得表揚👍。一早樓下大聲説話吵醒，夜晚拖凳子也不安寧。地下停車庫太黑了，車位也不多。
