GGuest UserThis hotel offers excellent value for money. It was the final stop on our self-driving tour of border cities along National Highway 331, stretching south from Fuyuan along the border. It was a pleasant surprise to end the trip.
Pros: 1. The room rate was just over 300 yuan, comparable to chain budget hotels in the city. 2. The room was incredibly spacious (I wonder if it was because my room was at the end of the corridor). 3. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were perfect for enjoying the view of Wofo Mountain. 4. The toiletries and drinking water were very well-selected. I rarely use hotel shampoo, but this hotel's shampoo made me give up bringing my own. The hotel also provided Quanyangquan (Quanyangquan) drinking water. 5. The breakfast was quite rich, but the only drawback was the lack of on-site food preparation. 6. It's very close to the national border scenic area.
Of course, there's room for improvement, primarily in terms of service and management:
1. It's recommended that a hand-drawn tourist map of Ji'an be created to provide immediate guidance to tourists.
2. The phone line in my room was broken, and there was no outlet for a hair dryer near the sink. If this was a temporary emergency, guests should be informed before check-in. 3. When I entered the room, the electricity card was plugged into the wall. The air conditioning was set to 20 degrees Celsius, making the room incredibly cold. The central air conditioning wouldn't blow hot air, and there were no other heating devices at the front desk, so I had no choice but to crawl under the covers to keep warm. My check-in time was already 10 PM, so housekeeping clearly hadn't done a thorough inspection beforehand.
4. When it rains, water accumulates in front of the hotel, making it inconvenient for guests to get around.

GGuest UserThe springs on the bedside of the business king-size bed room I booked all broke. No one told me when I got in. I scratched my calf when I got out of bed. I have to be very careful every time I sleep. Everything else is good. Can this bed be repaired? It's easy to scratch yourself

GGuest UserThe hotel is strategically located, adjacent to Ji'an City Government. It is a 3-minute walk to Ji'an Museum and Big Guitar Square - the location for the movie ”The Sewing Machine Band”. The Yalu River is directly in front of the square. The small town of Ji'an has a pleasant climate and is covered by forests all year round. It is known as the Jiangnan of the North. The hotel's atmosphere is quiet and elegant, allowing you to relax and unwind. The front desk staff is very friendly and attentive. They carefully handle check-in and the time and location of tomorrow's breakfast. The room facilities are clean and complete.

MM2dgxccax****The price of the Heyue Hotel during the National Day holiday was acceptable, and it truly lived up to its Ctrip recommendation. The lobby was upscale, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful in introducing local specialties and attractions, and the doormen proactively assisted with our luggage. The hotel management was excellent; we even encountered a manager checking the cleanliness of each room. The rooms were spacious, clean, and hygienic, and they even provided a disposable toilet seat cover. The room also received complimentary local specialty dates (very sweet). The restaurant's breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Our whole family was satisfied with our stay and the food during our trip to Ji'an.

JJamieyanqI came here yesterday with my friend, Yu Yue. This place has a nice and cozy feeling to it. When you enter into the building, there’s a nice aroma.
As soon as I entered through the door, I enjoyed the decor of the room, the bed and the lights. The bathroom also look tight but clean, like- a sleek look.

HHengyuanyuanGeneral comment: Generally, this is left over during the National Day holiday. I can make do with everything else, but I can't accept it if the hygiene is not good. . .
Environment: There is a window, there is no scenery outside, next to a large slope, blocking the window outside, there is a ditch under the window, but fortunately it is still bright, but it is not forced.
Hygienic: Dissatisfied, there are obvious stains on the bottom of the cup (can be buttoned with fingernails, see the first picture); the bed quilt core yellowed and stained (forgot to take it), and the quilt cover is normal.
Facilities: There is a little leak in the nozzle (water will leak at the connection of the nozzle water pipe when opened), which is not too affected. There are 2 bottles of water in the room, and 2 yuan for 1 bottle if you need water.
Service: I don't know why the walkie-talkie is always loud outside the door in the morning. I don't understand... either make soundproofing a little bit or don't use the walkie-talkie to communicate, right? Although it is not a normal sleep time, it is also very disturbing.
