GGuest UserEverything is very good. The location is central and easy to come and go. I arrived after 10 o'clock in the evening. The toilet was not filling. It was quickly solved the next morning. I was told where the parking lot was. They also helped me look after the car before I left, so I didn't get stuck. strip

MM2dgxccax****The price of the Heyue Hotel during the National Day holiday was acceptable, and it truly lived up to its Ctrip recommendation. The lobby was upscale, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful in introducing local specialties and attractions, and the doormen proactively assisted with our luggage. The hotel management was excellent; we even encountered a manager checking the cleanliness of each room. The rooms were spacious, clean, and hygienic, and they even provided a disposable toilet seat cover. The room also received complimentary local specialty dates (very sweet). The restaurant's breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Our whole family was satisfied with our stay and the food during our trip to Ji'an.

GGuest UserOur stay at the Guomen Hotel in Ji'an was great. The staff was A+... Front desk, Manager Leticia, Breakfast workers and maid staff were all over-the-top friendly, helpful, very respectful. Couldn't ask for a more warm, helpful experience. The hotel was beautiful. The only downsides were (because of comparitable properties I have visited) there was no ”convenience” store on site where you could get snacks, etc. And the fact the property is a good distance from ”town”. So if you realize this and prepare, your experience there will be great! The Guomen Hotel is the nicest property in Ji'an. Great view of Yalu river and North Korea in the distance. Spacious rooms. Very quiet location also.

GGuest UserThe hotel is strategically located, adjacent to Ji'an City Government. It is a 3-minute walk to Ji'an Museum and Big Guitar Square - the location for the movie ”The Sewing Machine Band”. The Yalu River is directly in front of the square. The small town of Ji'an has a pleasant climate and is covered by forests all year round. It is known as the Jiangnan of the North. The hotel's atmosphere is quiet and elegant, allowing you to relax and unwind. The front desk staff is very friendly and attentive. They carefully handle check-in and the time and location of tomorrow's breakfast. The room facilities are clean and complete.

The hotel is very close to Yang Jingyu Executive Leadership Academy and has convenient transportation. It is only a few minutes' drive from Tonghua Railway Station and Passenger Station. Whether you are on a business trip or a leisure trip, you can easily reach your destination. The hotel has a modern and elegant exterior, and a modern and warm interior, making people feel the comfort and warmth of home as soon as they enter the door.

HHengyuanyuanOverall: Average. This was the only place left for the National Day holiday. Everything else was tolerable, but the poor cleanliness was unacceptable.
Environment: There's a window, but not much of a view. It's right next to a large slope, blocking the view. There's a ditch below the window, but thankfully it's still bright enough and not too cramped.
Cleanliness: Unsatisfactory. There were obvious stains on the bottom of the cups (which could be scraped off with a fingernail, see picture 1); the comforter was yellowed and had stains (I forgot to take a picture), but the duvet cover was fine.
Facilities: The showerhead had a slight leak (it leaks at the hose connection when turned on), but it wasn't too bad. There were two bottles of water in the room; more water was 2 yuan per bottle.
Service: For some reason, there was a very loud intercom outside the door all morning. I don't understand… Either make it more soundproof or don't use the intercom to communicate, right? Even though it wasn't normal sleeping time, it was still quite disturbing.

WWangxiaohuaiEvery time I go to Liuhe, I live in his house, as always, clean and hygienic. This time I went to the opening ceremony of the Luotongshan Wangmu Temple.
