GGuest UserThe springs on the bedside of the business king-size bed room I booked all broke. No one told me when I got in. I scratched my calf when I got out of bed. I have to be very careful every time I sleep. Everything else is good. Can this bed be repaired? It's easy to scratch yourself

Amenities are complete; room and common areas are clean and well kept.
Staff are very helpful and friendly;though English is not available.
Laundry facilities area is clean and modern.
The robot delivery service tickles the kids. And the morning breakfast was great!!

MM2dgxccax****The price of the Heyue Hotel during the National Day holiday was acceptable, and it truly lived up to its Ctrip recommendation. The lobby was upscale, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful in introducing local specialties and attractions, and the doormen proactively assisted with our luggage. The hotel management was excellent; we even encountered a manager checking the cleanliness of each room. The rooms were spacious, clean, and hygienic, and they even provided a disposable toilet seat cover. The room also received complimentary local specialty dates (very sweet). The restaurant's breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Our whole family was satisfied with our stay and the food during our trip to Ji'an.

Mante Hotel is located in the core area of Dongchang District, Tonghua City, with a very advantageous geographical location. The hotel is very close to Yang Jingyu Executive Leadership Academy and has convenient transportation. It is only a few minutes' drive from Tonghua Railway Station and Passenger Station. Whether you are on a business trip or a leisure trip, you can easily reach your destination. The hotel has a modern and elegant exterior, and a modern and warm interior, making people feel the comfort and warmth of home as soon as they enter the door.

In terms of room facilities, Manter Hotel also performs well. The room is spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout and complete facilities. BBeifangdapeng這是一家開業不久的智能酒店，房間很大，屋內寬敞明亮。配備廚房及炊具餐具。所有電器均為小米品牌，聲控操作。床上用品很新很乾凈，無異味。浴室很大，洗澡很舒適。早餐比較豐盛。有停車場，方便自駕者入住。美中不足是地點在城邊的居民區，附近生活設施不配套，購物吃飯很不方便。離大吉他廣場、鴨綠江邊、集安早市以及火盆餐飲一條街都很遠，步行分別都在20分鐘以上。餐廳不在樓內，趕上雨天得冒雨走50米，很不方便。

DDaochukankan666Would not recommend staying at this hotel. First of all, the location is more than 20 kilometers away from the city. Secondly, the overall service awareness is not good, especially the little girls at the front desk. They don't care about customer evaluations, so they are very slack in their work. There is no water in the free welcome tea in the lobby. From entering the lobby to the guest room, there is no trash can. They didn't contact the garage in time after parking and registering, which made us look for them again and again. Third, the water flow in the bath is extremely weak, making bathing uncomfortable. Disposable slippers are worse than those from Express Hotel. Breakfast costs 98 yuan per person, which is actually very average.
But the hotel hardware is still good, the lobby and guest rooms are spacious, especially non-smoking, so there is no strange smell in the room. In addition, parking is very convenient, with above-ground and underground parking spaces.

MMattGuzmanExcellent hotel. The two women at the reception were very kind, they have a dictaphone that translates. They upgraded me and gave me a beautiful and large room. The room was extraordinary, the hotel facilities are very good. You have a restaurant but otherwise you have restaurants at the bottom of the hill, if you arrive late like me you have the wallace (like KFC) which closes at 11:30 p.m. The train station is a 10-minute walk, you have a slope that is really not that hard to climb, otherwise the taxi is stuck at a minimum price of 5 yuan so you will pay between 5 and 8 yuan. If I come back to the area I will stay here without hesitation. Thank you to the two girls at the reception.
