Booked for the suite as we were a group of 4. The room provided us all the things we needed, microwave, fridge, plates, utensils. The only drawback is that we got the room on 4th floor and there was no elevator!

Prices start at £4 or £5 per night... This is an old castle hotel on the west side of the Scottish Highlands. From a common area point of view everything is well done and impeccable. But from the point of view of the rooms...the price/performance ratio is obviously super low. The facilities are outdated, so I asked for a humidifier... The shower room has very strict requirements on the size of the guests, and I personally feel that the water pressure can be further improved and improved. The laudable point is that the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap in the bathroom...all have two ball royal certifications, and the quality is also carried. The cold and hot water device of the washbasin is a traditional separate type, which is the kind of water that you either use cold water or hot water, and it cannot be warm water anyway. The sofa in the guest room is made of fabric. The disadvantage is that you can't see whether it has lice or whether it is clean. Anyway, it is so old that people don't want to sit on it at all. I really like this hotel. The view is amazing, and the reception is very friendly. They also have a restaurant and bar downstairs, which is really a saver for us after a long day of driving.

Although small, it has everything. The whole hotel is decorated in a British style, with a very antique style. The hotel staff is warm and welcoming, patiently explaining your questions. The hotel buffet has a rich variety of dishes.

The hotel room area is ok, located in Ben Nevis in the middle of the mountain, the surrounding environment is very beautiful, like nature or hiking is really great, because there are hiking trails, if you like off-road cycling, here there is a cable car can go straight to the top of the track.

In fact, Glencoe Canyon does not have a fixed attraction. After coming from Lomond Lake and entering the mountains, every viewpoint is an attraction. There are two visit centers along the way, and the scenery is not as good as the view point. However, the most beautiful attraction in Glencoe Canyon is actually in this hotel. The hotel is located on the peninsula in the lake, the peninsula is more than 10 meters above the lake surface, the mountains and rivers, large areas of bluebells, the hotel hidden in the landscape, a picture of a paradise. Walk around the peninsula, take pictures, and watch the sunset, which is very enjoyable. Free parking lot, the room size is too big, the facilities inside are good, clean and sanitary. Warm service and good breakfast. Two-story building without elevator.

When I got to the hotel, I was asked to pay a little bit more than what was advised by trip.com, but every penny was worth it! Location is great, staff are very friendly and welcoming, the room was absolutely fantastic, and the full Scottish breakfast was generous and tasty. The only disappointment was I couldn't get a bath because the bathtub obturating plug didn't work properly. However, the overall experience was good. Thank you!

This was quite a dated hotel although located right in the centre of the town with free parking facilities. However, the hotel room was really dated although the toilet seems to have been recently updated but was really small. The price of the room was also pricey as compared with the state of the rooms. The hotel exterior although fit in with the theme but the sign had one letter that dropped out. Overall, I think the hotel is too dated and pricey.
