"I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall experience to be mixed. The room itself was decent, and the staff were accommodating and polite whenever I interacted with them. However, there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable. First, the shower area does not have a glass door or divider, which causes water to flood into the bathroom and reach the sink area every time you shower. It’s inconvenient and makes the bathroom messy and slippery. Second, while the room has a cabinet, there were no hangers provided at all, which was surprising. The location is greta though, few meters walk to starbucks and some good restaurants. The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping service. I had to ask the front desk twice around 1:00 PM to have my room cleaned. When I returned an hour later, the room was still not done. Overall, while the staff are friendly and the room is okay for a short stay, the lack of attention to detail and the slow service are things the hotel definitely needs to improve."

"Stayed at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas recently. The location is really good—very strategic since it’s close to malls, offices, and transportation. Staff were also friendly and accommodating. On the downside, the room felt a bit old. I noticed some stains on the curtain, and the refrigerator cabinet was already sira na. Could use a little update or maintenance. Still, for the price and the convenience of the location, it’s a decent choice if you just need a practical place to stay in Ortigas."
