"The receptionist lady was kind, polite and nice! The room is simple and beautiful. The room was clean and the security around the hotel was good and it was good at this hotel. There are a lot of malls nearby, so I walked to shop many times. I liked the mall with a beautiful fountain! Even if I was outside around 22 o'clock at night, it seemed okay for families and young women to walk around. Cleaning is done once a day ３. The chip has a paper with a QR code after cleaning, so I pay it. There is a microwave in the room, so I bought frozen foods on the target and warmed them up! I thought I should have brought cutlery and plates from Japan to eat the night meal I bought at the supermarket. I recommend Fox's restaurant next door! I want to stay here again when I go to Los Angeles."

"The hotel was in a really good area for what we wanted to do and the staff were helpful. The room was spacious, a split living area and bedroom which was good as it let us spread out. All areas were clean and the drink machine in the lobby was a pleasant surprise. The only problem we had was the WiFi was a bit spotty and didn’t work in all areas other than that would stay again"

"I booked a city view, but they assigned me a room with a fan? I changed the room right away, but I couldn't shake the feeling that the female staff member in charge was ******. However, although it is across the street, it is still recommended to drive there, because most people in the United States drive, and there is no one on the road, which is a bit dangerous. Moreover, the entrance of the mall is not on the roadside, but on the parking lot. If you walk, you need to go around the entire mall to enter. On the second day of our stay, we arranged to go to Universal Studios, which is about 20 minutes by car from the hotel, which is very convenient. Parking is free at the hotel. There is a parking lot on the same floor (1st floor) as the check-in counter. You can enter the B1 parking lot by going around the hotel to the other side. If the car does not find a spot on the 1st floor, it cannot go directly to B1. It needs to leave the venue and go around to B1 (people can take the elevator to the 1st floor or B1). When checking in, if you need to park, the waiter will add a parking permit to your room card. You can just swipe the room card when the vehicle leaves. After checking out, the waiter will return the room card to you. After the vehicle leaves, there will be a drop-in box next to the card swiping machine. Throw the room card in and you can leave directly. It is very convenient. There is 24-hour self-service coffee and tea on the second floor of the hotel, and breakfast is also on the second floor. Breakfast is simple eggs, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, etc., a relatively standard American breakfast. For me, the only disadvantage of the hotel is the shower, because I went with my child, and the hotel's shower is fixed and cannot be removed. It was very embarrassing when I helped the child take a bath."

"We loved our stay. It’s an older hotel but the furniture and everything else in the room was like new. If there wasn’t a tv in the room it would’ve felt like we had traveled back in time. I will definitely recommend and be returning. The location is clean and safe. Only downside is parking. Other than that, I’d give it 5 Stars If you’re looking for a good place to eat….don’t go for the hype and big stores. Little stand around the corner The Great White Hut is a must."
