"We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Resort! Highly recommend it for anybody going to Saipan. Here are a few highlights! Fostered culture: From the moment we walked in to check in after our red eye flight, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, staff throughout the entire hotel were welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Having had multiple touch points between staff and ourselves be such a positive and genuine experience needs to be attributed to fostered culture and environment built by the staff. Cleanliness: The entire hotel is kept very clean and tidy. The attention to detail was noticeable from the hotel room to the public spaces. Still, the hotel balanced this will a friendly environment welcoming guests to enjoy all the public spaces. I enjoyed working in the early hours in these public spaces while my family slept in. Pools were clean, beach well kept, chairs were comfortable and accessible. Value for money: It is clear that everything needs to be imported. Literally, everything! Considering all of the amenities available, staff to guest ratio, quality of goods and pristine condition of the hotel-- it was an incredible value for money. Thank you for welcoming our family! We greatly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to friends."

"I almost chose the Kensington when I was doing my research online, but then I saw reviews mentioning they have two different price structures for guests from different countries, so I immediately dropped it. I then decided to go for something with good value for money, and I saw many people recommending this place, all praising the owner for being exceptionally kind, so I booked it. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, far from the city center, requiring a car, and it's halfway up a mountain. However, the owner's excellent service makes up for it; they provide shuttle service to and from the city center at fixed times every day, which is truly a lifesaver for those without a car! When I first contacted the owner, they mentioned that airport transfers are free for stays of three nights or more. Since I was only staying two nights, the transfers were supposed to be charged. But after I made my booking, the owner still proactively offered complimentary airport transfers, which was incredibly kind of them! Especially since the flight times to and from Saipan are often inconvenient, either very early in the morning or in the middle of the night, hats off to the owner for their hard work! Pau Pau Beach is just across the road downhill from the hotel, very close. So even when it wasn't during the fixed shuttle times to the city, the owner still drove us there and back, which we really appreciate! Saipan's tap water is incredibly salty and not drinkable. Bottled water is provided on the first day of check-in, but not starting from the second day. However, there's a water dispenser at the front desk where you can fill your own cups. The owner also prepared fresh water for brushing teeth in each room. The owner can help book various tours and activities. We chose the Tinian Island day trip, and the owner helped book the small plane tickets, contacted the local tour operator on Tinian, and even handled airport transfers, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The owner is from Guangdong, so communication was very easy!"

"I moved here from the city center, and initially, it took a little getting used to. However, after just one night, I found myself loving it. The rooms were a step above other hotels – nicer and more appealing – and the facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always fulfilling my requests, and all our interactions were very pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi or ride-share to the city center. This location was perfect for me as I had a busy schedule packed with activities during the day."

"The room was good overall. The staff was also very friendly, and when I asked about the tour, they connected me so I could have a good time. They were all friendly overall, but I was especially grateful to Meldy, who helped me in every way. In particular, the check-in time on the first day was 12:30, but I was really grateful that they let me in right away!!! It is convenient for activities because it is Garapan, and they usually drop me off first after activities. It is convenient to walk to shopping and there are many restaurants nearby. I could go to Micro Beach through the lobby of the Crown Hotel, and the sunset was also good. The price is reasonable, but the view is a neighborhood view. Since I stayed for a long time, I was assigned to the room with the best view, but if not, it would have been a view of the wall of the building next door. It seems that the soundproofing is not good either. I was surprised because the coughing sound from the next room was so close. I recommend bringing a shower filter to the accommodation. The filter did not change much, but I definitely noticed that it had turned brown after 5 days of use. I definitely recommend bringing one if you are sensitive to water."

"It was quiet and had a great resort atmosphere. Personally, I was much more satisfied here than at Kensington, where I stayed before. The pool didn't have any facilities like a resort, but it felt like a luxurious hotel pool and there weren't many people, so it was very comfortable. The buffet was reasonably priced and the best I've had in Saipan. I was disappointed because there were a lot of restaurants in the city that were expensive and not very good (don't trust the reviews), but the food here was really delicious. The downside was that the water pressure was weak and the bathroom was a bit shabby. And unlike other resorts, the beach isn't connected, so you have to go separately to get to the beach. We didn't feel any inconvenience because we had already played enough at the beach at our previous accommodation, but if it's your first time here or you don't have a rental car, you should consider this. Still, I think I'll definitely come back here next time."

"The hotel is really good, and the facilities inside are just as described. When my wife and I arrived, it was already late at night in the local area. We took the room card but could not open the door. The hotel attendant found out that the door lock battery was exhausted, so we could only enter with the key and rest for a while. At night, when we entered the toilet, we were greeted by the dead body of a little boy next to the tissue box next to the wash basin. We had no choice but to wrap it in tissue and throw it into the toilet. When we went to bed at night, we heard the noise of water leaking from the air conditioner. We had no choice but to use earplugs. The next day, my wife found double eyelid tape stuck to the toilet mirror and notified the front desk. Fortunately, the problem was cleared up in one go. In addition to the above problems, the breakfast in the hotel is good. The restaurant has a pleasant view facing the sea. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. Except for the lack of attention to detail, everything else is worthy of praise."

"Overall it's OK, the sea view is beautiful, you can directly see the boundary of the Mariana Trench, but the facilities inside feel a bit old, we stayed in the luxury room on the top floor but the room was average, maybe the island itself has limited facilities, except for the sea view, other facilities are far from 5-star hotels. Eating and shopping inside are also very expensive, and transportation is not very convenient. I think you can stay for one or two nights to experience the sea view, and then go to downtown to stay at the Crown Hotel. The hotel facilities of the Crown Hotel are a little newer, but the sea view seems to be average"

"I really want to leave a review because this accommodation gave me such great memories from the beginning of my trip! We took a night flight from Korea and arrived at dawn, and this was the accommodation we booked on the first day. The location is between PIC and World Resort, so it's really accessible, and the accommodation itself was so comfortable. The room was clean and the water pressure was really good. There was a beach right in front of the accommodation, so we could snorkel, and they kindly lent us snorkeling equipment for free. I had booked PIC for the next day, but the owner told us to check out by 2:40 and said, ”You can check out slowly.” He even took us to PIC himself! But what was even more touching was that he refused to tip me. He was such a rare and kind person. It was a heartwarming moment. And there's a restaurant called Surf Club just a short walk from the accommodation. The food there was really the best! We were so happy eating at Surf Club the next day. You should definitely visit that restaurant. If you arrive at dawn, they will pick you up from the airport to the hotel for $10, but if you do a small favor for the owner, they will do it for free. ㅎㅎㅎ There must be many people who are having trouble deciding where to stay for the night after taking a night flight and arriving at dawn, so I highly recommend this accommodation. If you rest well here on the first day and start a full schedule the next day, you will be very satisfied! There is a sea right in front, and there is a KFC nearby, so it is good for a quick meal. Thanks to this accommodation that gave us a really happy start, we felt good throughout our trip. Be sure to visit it once!"

"The room is very clean. The sea view room can really see the sea at a glance. The most important thing is the location is super good. There is a fruit and vegetable supermarket opposite with a lot of fruits and not expensive. McDonald's and a Chinese supermarket are a 100-meter walk away. The second stop of bus No. 1 is opposite the hotel downstairs🚌. The sea is downstairs of the hotel and it is a holy place to watch the sunset. The room is spacious and has a domestic socket strip for plugging in data cables. It is very close to the Crown Hotel and you can go to the Crown to play at any time."

"The overall hotel in Saipan is really very general. The previous day, living in Kensington was almost the standard of domestic Samsung. I was stupid when I changed to pic. How do I say the room? The guest house has a sense of sight, and the three buildings of the hotel are not facing the sea. You may live closer and you can see a little ～ on the side. There are several water projects, except for the long slide, suitable for children of low age groups to play. The beach is hard to say, there are a lot of glass residue, and you can't get off your feet. The conditions of the shoal are also able to play a little sailboat, because it is really under the water, it is not good-looking, even a bit disgusting, the water quality is clear, but a lot of weeds under the water feel dirty. The staff was very welcoming. After dinner, we also encountered activities in the performing arts hall, and the children liked it very much. The meal was generally the same. One day, I booked a set meal at the restaurant in the water park. The serving was very slow. The portion was about five points full for our family, hahahahahaha. If you are on vacation, I don’t recommend this place. Except for the water park, which can attract children a little, the beach in the room is really not good. The water park anywhere in China is not better than this place.～ I hope you listen!"
