I was going to wait until I completed my stay to write a review but compelled to make a start due to the excellent service that has been given thus far. The hotel itself is in a quiet street in islamabad with gated entry and exit. It has an essence of luxury and cleanliness that is consistent throughout the establishment. After my first night, a staff member enquired about how my stay was, to which I highlighted a very small issue with some noise in my room. This was brought to the attention of the manager ”Hamza” who looked to resolve my issue by offering me another room that was, in fact, larger and on a better side of the hotel. The hotel followed up on my satisfaction with my new room later in the day and looked to further improve on my stay by providing complimentary dinners and snacks to my room. Whilst I am sure I would have been somewhat content with my stay if the issue was left unresolved. This for me has placed this hotel as a must stay in islamabad for those looking for a peaceful setting and great customer service.

The hotel has a good location, very close to the attraction Faisal Mosque, and there is a famous shopping mall Centaur nearby (Picture 1). In Picture 2 fast food, you can understand the price of the Centaur Mall in Islamabad, which is 1:28. Not satisfied with the hotel, 600 yuan is only equivalent to the domestic service quality and level of 300 yuan. But this is not the problem of this hotel, but that the country of Pakistan is too poor and backward, and the overall standard in all aspects is poor. Pakistan’s hotels are not like Vietnam and Cambodia. Many scenic spots are well managed by foreign investment. Pakistan does not have a tourism industry, so hotels are managed by locals, and the standard is not high. Ugh! If it weren't for the epidemic that you couldn't return to the country, who would come to this horrible place in Pakistan?

The service was excellent! I had a cold and they arranged to help me buy cold medicine. Since the flight time was not suitable and I didn’t want to go to the airport too early, they gave me a free four-hour extension to let me rest. The small garden outside was very comfortable and the air was very good!

When we were picked up, a particularly clean business car was arranged to take us back to the hotel. Islamabad is really hot. I was sweating immediately after landing. Of course I had to take a shower immediately after returning to the hotel. The room was fully equipped with disposable items. The bedding has been tested with UV light and is quite clean. Definitely replace it often. The toiletries are all branded, not random brands, and they are quite good. Remarkable Point 4: The ticket the boss gave me was much higher than the ticket at our airport. UnionPay cards cannot be used here. Saved us a lot of time and money. Point 5: The journey from the airport to the hotel felt very chaotic. It was not until I arrived at this hotel that I felt particularly safe and at ease. After asking the boss, he told us that this is equivalent to a wealthy area. After observing the police in the hotel, it was indeed quite safe. There were three or four of them. It feels very safe and secure Sixth: The network here is very poor. The hotel WIFI is very good. It’s no problem to post videos on Xiaohongshu. nice Seventh: It is very close to Chinese supermarkets and local big cities, about five minutes away. The boss is a young man from the north. He is a real person. The room is really clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also very good. He even gave me free translation, which I felt embarrassed about. Thank you very much. See you next time.

It is a boutique hotel with highly personalized service. The location is perfect in F6/4 area with the best restaurants such as Nando's, Chop Chop Wok and Chaaye Khaana at a stone's throw away. For shopping also, the souvenir, carpets and fashion boutiques are 5 minutes walk away. The location is very secure and the security guard opens the gate with a smile. The hotel manager checks in efficiently and provides an overview of the facilities. The butlers informed us about the clothes washing facility which is done at Marriott's laundry shop. The room was clean and equipped with all necessities including coffee and tea, fast wifi, lots of tv channels and adequate toiletries. The water pressure and temperature was perfect for soothing shower. The breakfast was scrumptious and included ommellete as well as Pakistani style. The hotel manager Faraz was super friendly and helped me get print outs . He also guided me on sightseeing areas. In short, this place is great for an affordable price and I will stay here again.

First time ever I was totally impressed with the level of service received which changed my perception not only about the country , moreover about the city itself. I’ll definitely come back to Islamabad and when I do, I’ll only stay at the Marriott Hotel as everyone there will make you feel at home
