Nice location in few minutes walk from Taksim square. Room was too small for 2 persons. Вust and other people's hair on the floor. Free instant coffe and tea at reception desk 24/7 Nothing to say more Didn't take any pictures of hotel

Very bad experience. Water There was no water drainage, the bathroom door did not close, there was electricity in the bathroom.

A very bad hotel. I strongly do not recommend staying in it. The business owner has no professional ethics. The deluxe room we booked did not arrange the corresponding room on the pretext that the room was full. We negotiated three times to no avail. We reluctantly checked in and complained to Ctrip when we returned home. It is strongly recommended that Ctrip not cooperate with such merchants. During our stay, no one cleaned the room. The shower head was not 1 meter high, so it was impossible to stand and take a shower. This is a true review, I hope you won’t step on the trap again.

The staff is very attentive and polite

All Staff members speak only Turkish, one speaks Arabic. Very difficult to communicate with. Many rooms are underground where you dont have mobile network and no sun enters. You are not allowed to have visitors in your room, and by visitors i mean one friend who was in need to wait one hour in my room for his date nearby.

The service was amazing , it’s a perfect location if you want to go out and you just need a small place to sleep in after a long day out, it’s close to the metro also 3 min away from taksim square and İstiklal Blvd.

They gave us a room without windows in the basement. They had two connecting rooms. We only used one.

One of the best 3* hotels. The service I received was 5*. Stayed here for 2 weeks and the service never faulered. The staff were friendly, always smiling and ever ready to help. Idea location in Taksim, a 2 minute walk to the bus station and the metro rail station. Close to all the attractions that Istanbul has to offer. Definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be a repeat customer. A big thank you to the staff for treating this foreign visitor with such kindness, you are a credit to the hotel and your beautiful city.

Worst hotel in my life. If you want a bad wii-fix, dirty rooms/not well maintained and sleep with cockroach go there and the staff is harassing me to write a nice review (then even proposed me money to change my review).

The rooms are big and the deco is modern. I would give the deco and size of the room a 9 but we stay for 5 days and no one came to clean the room. It was more like an apt rental than hotel. We were first given the bottom floor and we had to change rooms. 2 of the staff member are nice and friendly but the one in the morning is a bit rude and has zero customer service. He told me that my kids should keep it down bc we took the stairs since the elevator did not have lights. I wanted to tell him that hotels are noisy and churches are quite but I decided to say okay. Overall I recommend this place if your not with kids. It’s a good size and the deco is nice.

Rooms are well equipped with TV, air conditioning and kettle:) Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

It is a wonderful place. My house in Istanbul is always recommended as a place to stay. It is a very comfortable, clean and pleasant place. I would like to thank the staff and business owners for their interest.
