We requested for connecting rooms for aged parents. They graciously upgraded one of our rooms so that they can be connected. ray from front desk was very helpful. Overall the service has been outstanding from front desk to breakfast to housekeeping and concierge. Will definitely return to this hotel for future trips.

Good location. 40 mins away from the airport. Linked to a mall with Starbucks and different variety of food. Breakfast is full of variety. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

Very bad experience to live in this hotel. Very disappoint on their service and soundproofing.
- Soundproofing: Very bad! Didn't seperate business people vs group and put all in same floor. I can hear the converation from next door and group people making noise till 2-3am every night, even I already complaint but still doesn't work.
- Equipment: No hot water while taking shower. Try several times still no work.
- Service: Very bad. Receiption attitude very bad when I compaint about no hot water. She insist not the problem from their hotel. ?? No hot water because of me!!

It’s near to the Jiexpo, convenient for people to join the show or exhibition in it.
There’s a food court next to it. It’s good in front of the hotel have coconut shop selling for drinking coconuts juice.
Too bad is the traffic jam in Jakarta which made the shuttle bus not reached to the Jiexpo on time !

Excellent breakfast, service staffs as usual.
Hotel beside a small mall with basic food choices.
Previously hotel name was Holiday Inn Kemayoran.
Will stay there again.

The room is large and clean, the equipment is relatively new, the surrounding environment is nice and quiet, but there are not many restaurants nearby.
The staff are all smiling, professional and enthusiastic. The socket next to the desk is not working, and someone quickly sent an extension board (I hope it can be repaired in the future). Hot biscuits were given when checking in, which is great. Many five-star hotels can't do it!
The price of more than 500 is really worth it, the cost performance is full, and I will stay here again in the future
