Absolutely loved my recent stay at Hammamhane Hotel in Istanbul – a hidden gem I’d recommend to anyone! The location is unbeatable: just steps away from the lively Istiklal Street yet tucked in a quiet corner, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. Many other major attractions are also within walking distance, so it’s incredibly convenient. The room felt like a modern, compact apartment – super cozy, stylish, and even came with a balcony that added a lovely touch. It honestly felt like a home away from home. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. A huge shoutout to Haydar at the reception, who went above and beyond. We arrived early in the morning, and not only did he warmly welcome us, but he also offered a complimentary breakfast so we wouldn’t start our day hungry. Even more impressive, he arranged an early check-in for us since our room was ready. That level of thoughtfulness and hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated.

Room was very clean, pleasant and spacious with complimentary water which can be refilled without limitation. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of quality options. One important note: if your room entrance faces the courtyard, be cautious with the housekeeping door sign as it can fall off in windy conditions. Unfortunately, despite placing the 'No Housekeeping' sign, staff entered and cleaned my room anyway. This was an uncomfortable invasion of privacy and was the only blemish on an otherwise pleasant stay.

We had an excellent time at Hammamhane and everything from check in to check out was excellent. The hotel is in a very unique location and convenient to walk up to Galata Tower or walk down to the Galata Port. Only thing is that as the windows are left open for air circulation (as its winter), it can be abit noisy even when it's 2am - 3am esp on Friday night when the party goers finish their parties.

The hotel was very beautiful and very clean. The staff were extremely polite. The breakfast was very high quality and delicious. The location of the hotel was in a very beautiful place and it was close to everything. I will definitely go there for my next trip to Istanbul and will introduce it to my friends

Very comfortable and extremely well located accomodation. Right around the corner from the Museum of Innocence, and a 10 minute walk to a metro station. Includes an excellent breakfast and washing facilities.

This is the best hotel I had ever lived in Istanbul. Great location, Excellent services, Delicious Breakfast . Only 11 minutes walk to Taksim Square and shopping street with chooses of good restaurants.

The hotel is a great place to stay! The staff is amazing ❤️the location is perfect. We booked a small room with a balcony, it’s just perfect! The only thing was not expected is a little smell in the room

The hotel service is very good and warm. Coffee, tea and snacks are provided when you sit in the lobby. The breakfast is also rich and open until 11:30. The room is quite large. The bed, quilt and pillow are very comfortable. It is also equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. It is also convenient to walk to Independence Street. Living in the annex, there is a small elevator directly to the room. Because the driver who sent us to the airport was late, the front desk also helped us contact the driver and put our luggage in the car. A very satisfactory stay.
