Nice big Room with a beautiful View. Very clean!!! The service staff made every effort to satisfy all guests. The breakfast was very good. Many options and everything was very tasty only the coffee unfortunately not but I would recommend this hotel anytime!!!

Amazing! I am a female sojourner in Istanbul for four days, if you are worried to travel alone this is the place to be! Super nice staff, amazing food (Nobu is famous Japanese cuisine) I tried spa, all restaurant, and the breakfast is superb over 5star (they do provide champagne for breakfast)
Bed are huge; showers are great, a bit hiccup for the shower floor flooding but they manage to solve it. For taxi, pls book in advance with concierge so no more hustle from hotel to airport (45mins ride)

This is my 5th time in Istanbul and i have to say that this hotel is my favorite so farr. Exellent staff and rooms 100% recommend

the check in is not so good as we have to pass the gate and the staff are too few, people have to wait for longer time to check in
the first night we bought some chocolates which it will be melt if we didnt freeze them, however, the fridge seem to not working so we call the reception reported our problems and they seem to be unable to understand English. they sent 1 mechanic and speak that it is as it is. no way to improve, thats fine and they offer new fridge to the room, so the mechanic guy came again and change it. however the mechanic guy look dirty and he did wear the shoe into the room where i slept this is so uncomfortable.
And the Real problem happened again in the morning while we are using the hair-dryer and it suddenly change itself to be a small bomb on my girlfriend hand. the explosion from the small fire as a black smoke still on the hand. So we call the reception they said thing like this is new to them too. It hasn't been happened to them yet. but they offer the treatment for us but again what if the it is not small bomb but it did harm to us?

In short everything you would expect from a ritz Carlton , very spacious and comfortable room , professional staff , certainly a hotel we would revisit.

All table surface is somehow dusty. The window glass is not clear. I think the problem may be from the construction outside. The location to anywhere is 10 to 15 minutes walk. I asked for an electric adapter twice and always got an answer that it will deliver to my room soom. But it never happened. Other than the above, the Bosphorus orview from the room was fantastic. Another risk of staying in this hotel is that there is music concert in the neighborhood from time to time. The window is far away from being sound proof.

Not a very good location, you need to walk or taxi to everywhere. But services was good from head to toe. The hotel was very nice clean with excellent view with the whole harbour. Free breakfast was included in my booking, lots of varity with a Turkish tea.
