The hotel is lovely! There are many shopping malls nearby. Taxis are always available at the hotel. We used the subway since it was a 15-20 minute walk away! It was clean, and they cleaned every day. The food wasn't impressive, we had breakfast included. But it was generally okay for breakfast. The staff was very helpful! They always assisted and never refused anything!! They even wished me a happy birthday! I think I'll come back again!

The worst hotel you will stay in Istanbul , rated 4 stars but shall be rated -100 star , dirty and bad smell everywhere, it is really disgusting. Reservations people is very rude and un polite, I book for 2 nights but only use one night because I arrive late, early morning I checked out because of so bad experience….. see photos . I take to reservations but they don’t care and I lost 200 USD for the early checkout without any compensation from Hotel. I don’t recommend any one to book this hotel

The hotel is very nice, clean, wide and big room, the reception offered me a free upgrade to a 1+1 room. He was very generous and respectful. Unfortunately I saw him only once and couldn't remember his name. The cost was so good and everything is good. Sometimes i have requested something and the room service took longer than usual made me requested it again, I hope they work on it and improve it. The location itself is good, however there's no near bus station, or metro, as the nearest metro is next to mall of Istanbul and it needed to be reached by taxi. If someone got their own car . Then it will be perfect.

The location is a little bit far from the heart of the city but it doesn't affect our staying at the hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was awesome with the plenty of variety of dishes. Highly recommend!

Modern and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms, great facilities, and friendly staff. The pool and spa are excellent. Location is a bit far from the center, but overall a very good stay.

Very nice check in staff, nice gym and spa area. So much potential but the hotel has been left to ruin in the rooms. Stank of cigarettes and the blinds in bathroom were black with mould. Coffee tables looked like they were bought in a junk yard and the sheets were rags. I would not stay here again. Sorry.
