The rooms are clean and the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful with everything. They helped us order Taxis, medicine from the pharmacy and even drove us to get money from the ATM machine. Breakfast was good as well. I recommend this hotel for the price and quality. It is 30 minutes away from most tourist attractions.

Im honestly not quite sure what I should think of this hotel. The location is far from the city, if you walk 5 minutes, there are some restaurants and shops. But if you want a taxi you need to ask the reception to call for a taxi. Maybe because its high season now, but sometimes we waited 20/25 minutes before a taxi came. The second thing is the reception. There was literally just one person working while we were checking in. He needed to do a lot of work so sometimes he got annoyed if a guest asked him something. Not very professional. And hospitality is very important to me. Besides that it was overall okay, the rooms are not very big but okay. The room offers the necessities.

Our room was shaking when the doors of the adjacent rooms were closed. The friend at the door didn't even help us with the luggage up to the room. There is no valet service. I guess there is zero interest.

The hotel is located in the middle of the commercial area, but you can walk to the city center in 5-8 minutes, where there are plenty of restaurants etc. You can get everywhere by taxi, bus, metro etc. According to my rating, the 4-star hotel deserves a maximum of 3 stars. The bed is big but not comfortable. Consists of two mattresses, so the two beds share and there is a large gap. The cleanliness in the shower is unacceptable, mold in the joints and on the silicone sealing. The breakfast is sufficient, every day a different soup, from different vegetables, fruit, Kelloggs, scrambled eggs etc. enough choice. Different types of tea, coffee, water etc. The service staff was very friendly. Overall, it's a bit high for the price range. Next time I would choose a different hotel.

The location of the hotel is biased, and the smell in the room is quite unpleasant. But room service is perfect.

Hotel environment is not bad

Super pleased with our stay. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Special thanks to Berot and Furkon for all their assistance during our stay, as we were quite lost. Room was spotless with a pleasant scent permeating through the entire hotel. Bonus was that the staff could speak English, the gym is 24/7, and the restaurant menu had a wide variety of meals.
