The location of the hotel is good, right next to the famous tower, there is a terrace with a view of old Istanbul. But, the furniture is old, as is the renovation, and two huge problems, I specifically chose a large bed, a sore back, in the end two beds are pushed together, the mattresses are moving apart, it is impossible to sleep, and the second problem, the bathroom smells very strongly of sewage, just to the point of nausea, it was impossible to overcome, the exhaust fan was on, I opened the windows, all the same, horror.

Lovely hotel next to the Galata Tower.
The staff is very polite. Cleaning every day, the rooms are clean. There is an elevator. Comfortable bed. We were very pleased!

The worst experience ever, me and my wife arrived at dawn on Wednesday, March 29, the weather was cold and it was raining heavily, they gave us a room located two floors under the ground, very dirty and very cramped, there was no fresh air or a bathroom suitable for humans, the bed sheets was dirty and full of blood stains, and a lot of insects. I told them I wanted to change the room, they said I have to wait until tomorrow noon. We could not stay for more than an hour and we walked at dawn to another hotel, they deducted the value of the stay for four nights and did not accept to return anything, and when I told them that this was unfair and illegal, they canceled the reservation, it seems that the people who runs this hotel is a gang and not professional people in the field of tourism.

It's exactly what I'd expect from 2-3star hotel. Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Room very dated, needs complete refurbishment. However the price was right and it suited our needs for a one night stopover. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on the food.
