Excellent service, though rooms are small but they are cozy. Cooling can be better. Overall a great experience with friendly staff and hospitality at its best. Would recommend to visitors coz centrally located.

Overall a really nice hotel and very helpful and friendly staff especially Mohammed Ali & Sehmuz.They also arranged a taxi for us on the way home to the airport for us today and overall a great experience.From Farine & Hamida bail room 1401🙏🏼

Stayed at this hotel with a family of 5. Check in smooth with rooms give opposite each other which was fine. Room sizes a little small but ok with a large bathroom to make up the space so all good. Yousuf at the front desk along with Qadeer we’re amazing. Special shout out to Fateh who was the winner in terms of great service. Please give this guy a pay rise. Only disappointment part of the device was the blonde lady at reception who never smiled once throughout the whole week. Hotel i would highly recommend in a quite residential district. Blu mosque walking distance up a slight hill so not good for elderly people.

Recently I have visited Istanbul with my sisters and I must say the staff at the hotel was fabulous very helpful and always smiling. The location was excellent few minutes walk away from blue mosque and grandbazar. We have saved a lot on Taxi fare as everything was near, we didn't need to travel much with taxi. I will booking it again soon..thanks to all the staff great job keep it up!

We were at the hotel as a family - we came to get to know the great city - our acquaintance was successful, including thanks to the hotel staff - they are very friendly people and great patriots of their city in general and the hotel in particular, and this decides everything - cleanliness, very tasty breakfasts, a wonderful bathhouse and sensible advice Thank you very much to all the hotel staff, it’s only a pity that there was little time and we didn’t listen to all the advice, if we go to Istanbul again, we won’t look for another hotel - it’s like going to relatives

We spent an unforgettable week in this very clean hotel, friendly staff. The hammam is functional, what a pleasure. The breakfast buffet nothing to say. The hotel is very close to the blue mosque in a very quiet area.

Great hotel near the mosques and the most touristic area of Istanbul. It is also close to the tram stop that connects you with the different tourist areas. The room is comfortable and modern with a flat TV built into the mirror. The staff is friendly although they don't speak Spanish. The breakfast is not bad but it is limited in Western products.
