As a experienced trip app user, i am sorry yo day i am very disappointed. Lack of amenities are foreseeable albeit unpleasant for 4 star hotel. Despite its 4 star status. It has no amenities. None Few staff are kind but predatory company practices forced on staff shine through But most unpleasant part is lack of support despite my local language knowledge. Staff deliberately lied about lack of rooms when I requested change of room. Room is in horrible spot. Not easy access for luggae. Staff cannot even bring extra pillows despite asking them several times *There is construction and parked cars in open without protection. Lobby entrance is awkward for cars. *there is no room service Basicly you are going to rent an apartment room, with a parking, close to sea. Only acceptable part is location . However Renting a home nearby is makes a lot more sense and comfort . It will have more options and luxary.

The restaurant at roof top is amazing to enjoy the sunset. Room is clean n tidy. Location is good. However, there is a serious road construction next to hotel makes surrounding dirty n noisy.

The rooms need to be renovated. They are extremely old, especially the wallpapers, TV and bathrooms are in an unbecoming state. It's upsetting.

In general, I was happy with my room. Location Quiet, room was clean. It was not nice that the breakfast was very high for the guest.

The staff and service were extremely nice. There were facility issues and were not reported at the time of booking. On the day we went, we received information about the annual periodic maintenance of the air conditioners. I wouldn't mind if there was a momentary malfunction, but information should be given about periodic maintenance. The systems went into effect the day we left, but we stayed in the room the first day. The room and floor (3rd floor) we stayed in were in a bad condition due to the smell of cigarette smoke. The smell was tightened on the warning, but someone is opening windows and drinking in the rooms. It's a difficult situation. The restaurant and the staff are top notch. Everyone is nice and fast. They are solution oriented. I hope they fix the problems. The location is perfect.

Breakfast variety was good, but staff was sullen

The hotel is very old and many facilities are old. It takes several hours to order room service, but the location is pretty good.
