We had a lovely memorable stay at the Arcade Hotel. From the minute we stepped in up until we left we were made to feel very welcome and special. The attention given to us from the team was memorable. Next to the hotel is the Arcade Cafe. There breakfast was very nice. I am fussy when it comes to my coffee and breakfast but they catered to my needs as well as my families more so that we chose to have our breakfast there while we stayed at the hotel fully knowing we could have gone elsewhere. The rooms are spacious, clean and decorated along the theme of the Dolmabahce Saray ( which is an impeccable place to visit). All in all we had a terrific time staying here and exploring Istanbul and would recommend to anyone going to Istanbul to stay at the Arcade Hotel. It is right in the heart of Nisantasi which has great shops and restaurants within beautiful historical buildings. It is also close to the Osmanbey metro link making it very easy to get to other touristic places. The team at Arcade are wonderful people, very polite and we would like to thank Cenk, the general manager of the Arcade hotel and cafe who is very attentive and friendly, Nejdet bey who was a delightful man that was very attentive and informative, Nida hanim on reception greeted us with a beautiful radiant smile, Okan bey with his professional approach, Burak bey in the cafe and all the team who are such super people.

This is the most friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. I will go there again. We didn’t get breakfast with our reservation, but once we got there they offered us free breakfast everyday. On the last day they reserved a taxi with hotel special rate for the airport. I will recommend this hotel.

Excellent Hotel; perfect location, perfect welcome, perfect rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows, a wide variety of high-quality breakfasts and all this together with a very good price-performance. A hotel that I always enjoy coming to and will always come back to. Thank you Arcade Hotel

Love the hotel and the staff is amazing and friendly and the coffee shop inside the hotel was great, and the rooms were great and big and they upgraded me and it’s a wonderful room and the location was great for the shops and restaurants I have fun

Great location at the center of Nisantasi, with excellent breakfast of choices . The staff members especially Mr Okon and Ms Nida are really welcoming and the hospitality is really fabulous. Amazing architecture of the hotel especially the room.

Location Location and Location there’s nothing which I could write which was missing on our stay from location to hospitality. Delicious breakfast to choose from numerous varieties. Mr Okon and Ms Nida was always there to assist us for whatever may we need it. We will happily recommend this hotel.
