Overall good and clean hotel. The only issue was the smell of the cigarettes coming from neighbouring rooms.

The rooms are really small, the breakfast is below average, the location is not close to Kadikoy center, it is next to a garage and the view from room was really bad.

Great hotel in the Asia side of Istanbul. Though the location is not ideal for attractions, there’s a metro/train station that connects you to major attractions in a matter of 20-30 mins.

Iit was my last nights in Instanbul and I wanted a nice comfortable somewhat luxurious hotel after having been in Instanbul for weeks and staying in budget friendly hotels with small bathrooms.
The Holiday Inn suited me perfectly and it's a 15 minute taxi ride to Kadikoy.
