Bad hotel. Location far from public transportation, need to walk incline up to the Grand Bazzar. No towel, room too small.

The room was small but clean.
The night receptionist was kind even though she couldn't speak English.
When I said it was cold, she lent me a heater.
They looked after my luggage and even found and returned my forgotten items.
It was a very kind and pleasant hotel.

The hotel is tired, needs renovation - bathrooms, air conditioners and elevators, etc., cleaning on request, the rooms are microscopic. 10 minutes to the Kumkapi commuter train stop, you can walk to the Beyazit - Grand Bazaar tram stop - uphill almost 90 ° (we couldn't overcome it, we went on commuter trains) or walk along the streets for 20-25 minutes to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia).
