One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. To start when we checked in on arrival there was no one even at reception and for the whole duration of our stay the reception area was always empty there is also barely any communication and very poor English. We stayed for 5 nights and not once was our room cleaned bin changed clean towels or bedding. There was also supposed to be a kitchen area for cooking etc but there was nothing apart from a sink. The bathroom had a constant smell of drains and was faulty in many areas such as broken toilet. By far the worst thing about this hotel is the paper thin walls every night we were awake due to loud neighbours but even through the night you could hear coughing and conversations like you were all in the same room. Absolute terrible experience wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I want to share my impression of the hotel. We lived as 4 people for $1,100 a month, it’s an understatement to say that it’s terrible. Every night there were loud neighbors next door and no one made any comments to them. Never!!!! they brought us torn towels , our Wi-Fi constantly worked poorly, which is not the norm for a 4-star hotel, the water was often turned off, when the barrel in the toilet broke, we were told we would sit when you check out, the bathroom constantly stank of sewage, the air conditioner did not work in May when it was +23– 26 degrees. And they said we’ll fix it, but when you check out, bravo, excellent respect for guests!!!!! the room always stank of cigarettes through the fan in the bathroom, no one responded to the comments!!!!! we paid 2200 dollars for the stay, it’s honestly so terrible We haven’t seen any relations anywhere!!!! I don’t recommend anyone to move in there, they’re treated like animals, it’s terrible. The elevator was constantly not working; we lived on the 5th floor and it was uncomfortable to walk. We were provided with a broken sofa and this was after we paid the money.
