near to metro but The water does not reach the third floor The smell of sourness and urine comes from the room, which is not replaced. The cooler control does not work, you must turn it off from the fuse There is a lot of noise coming from outside The windows are so dirty. The shower water was not drained. If you don't have serious financial problems, don't go here.

We was in june 2022, the hotel is very good located, next to the tram, metro bus stations, also next to Emnyiet Otogar, the place were all the buses are coming from abrod. It was clean, but the personal was amazing and helpfull. Special thanks for Mr Yilmaz from front desk and Ms Arife who is ressponsible for cleaning.

Жила в отеле с 17-21 февраля. Могу его рекомендовать для туристов с небольшими требованиями к комфорту..Очень уютные небольшие номера, работает кондиционер и поэтому в номере было тепло несмотря на то что во время моего отпуска был снег и дождь.Уборка была каждый день,везде чистенько,меняли полотенца и приносили гель для душа и шампунь. Были завтраки но очень скромные. Для меня еда не главное, поэтому мне было достаточно еды,но для любителей покушать не подойдёт.Удобное расположение.. Есть где прогуляться,рядом Метро и трамвай. Так же хочу отметить,Очень приветливый персонал. Если были вопросы,они всегда готовы помочь и подсказать информацию.. Огромное спасибо отелю и ждите меня снова. Мне у вас понравилось и уже в конце марта я снова прилетаю к вам.

Отель в ужасном районе Номера старые, ремонт ужасен, двери в сан узел - деревянная шторка на ролликах как шкаф купе, плотно не закрывается Уборка есть, но администратор на ресепшене хамоват и не сильно хочет идти на контакт в сложных ситуациях Это явно не 4 звезды, у самой гостиницы звезд нет вовсе В некоторых номерах стоит сильный запах сигарет, который никак не выветривается Из 5 ночей продержались там всего одну, деньги возвращать не захотели

Обо всем по порядку. Минусы: 1. Персонал почти не говорит по английски, приходится долго объяснять элементарные вещи. 2. При уборке горничная зачем-то вешала мою пижаму (которая лежала под подушкой) на прикроватный светильник и выкинула сумку-шоппер, которая лежала на полу. Такое ощущение, что ей никто не объяснял нормы уборки в отелях. 3. Держателей для зубных щеток и каких-либо полок в душе нет, хранить средства гигиены негде. 4. Дверь в туалет- это просто кусок фанеры, сделанный как шкаф-купе. Все ваши туалетные звуки будет замечательно слышны в комнате. 5. Скуднейший однообразный завтрак. Хлеб, масло, искусственное подобие колбасы, огурцы, помидоры и вареные яйца. Растворимый кофе и чай. 6. Состояние отеля в целом очень уставшее и обшарпанное. Жуткие грязные окна и жалюзи, где-то отходят обои, отваливаются розетки. Если заглянуть под наволочку- все подушки в желтых разводах. 7. В один прекрасный день в номер постучали горничная и какой-то мужчина со средством от насекомых в руках. Вошли в номер и не спрашивая разрешения начали опрыскивать углы. Было максимально странно. Плюсы: 1. 5 минут до метро и 10 до трамвая. Хочу чтобы вы не забывали, что дешево-не значит плохо. В такие отели даже бесплатно селиться не хочется.
