Very good hotel, big and new, the receiption speak little English. Many restaurant and suprtmarket around there, it is very convenient. The only problem is the mirror is facing the bed, that made me feel uncomfortable.

The hotel is served by buses and is located approximately 1 km from the Icerenkoy station on Metro 8. The taxi rank is 100 m away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service is excellent.

The hotel looks very nice from the outside, but the rooms are in need of renovation. When I entered my room, the card didn't work. It wasn't the card's fault, though; it was the kettle, which blew the fuse. The kettle was replaced. But the phone still didn't work. There was a huge dent in the door, and there was mold in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly. I didn't try the spa area.

The room is nice, far from the city, but the service is good. The balcony has a good view, the waiter is quite enthusiastic, the service is in place, the breakfast is a bit average but normal.

Everything was fine and clean. I didn't feel any shortcomings.

Very good hotel

I stayed for a business trip. They have 3 hotels in Istanbul and I stayed in the third one, the furniture is the most luxurious, this is the one I recommend. ISTANBLU and VOIS BOSTANCI are the other vois group hotels, they are in Bostanci. All 3 are quiet hotels with comfortable clean rooms.

A great experience, a complete family hotel, the food was delicious, the attention and the smile were great. The location is very good. The most important element is cleanliness, the meat was successful. Service See you again. I can say that it is the first place we will prefer in our next trips. Thank you
