Dissapointing for a 5 star hotel. First when you enter there is a funny smell like mixed smells of mold and food. I expext a nice pleasant smell and feeling entering a 5 star hotel. The check in was a little bit slow although we were the only guests adn 3 rceptionist. The room was ok, but didn’t look “premium” at all. Just like a standard twin room, sometimh renovated, something very old and lacking basic amnenities like soap, bathrobes (since spa use is in the price or complementary) No mini bar service, phone didn’t work so we couldn’t order a room service. And top of all I was waked up at 4 am by the extremly loud sound coming from the cami and I requested a silent room. The breakfast was ok, some product good. I would not come again, sorry

2 kalışım biraz uzak olsada standartları belli temiz ve ferah bir otel yatakları rahat ayrıca çocuğumuz olduğunu belirtince müsait olduğu için süit oda verdiler bu jestleri için bir daha gittiğimde tekrar tercih edeceğim personel ilgili ve nazik spor salonu ve yüzme olanaklarıda var kullandım ve onlardan da memnun kaldım

The hotel is a little older than other hotels in the surrounding area, but the facilities inside are new, relatively clean and refreshing, and the air conditioning is powerful.
The breakfast is rich and there is underground parking space. It is very close to surrounding stores and highways. There are also some places to eat within walking distance. I couldn’t experience the hammam this time, but I hope I can next time.
