Great hotel! Beautiful outside and inside! Delicious breakfasts. Friendly and nice staff! Cleaning every day. Fresh bed linen and towels. You can travel as a couple or with children. All attractions are within walking distance - 5-10 minutes.

We have been in the place for 3 nights and the man in the reception (in his 40's i suppose) was always insisting to sell us a tour. But eventually he understood that we will buy nothingi then he started to ignore us. This is weird. His name was like Hami or something similar. Also there is no English speaking staff. Do not reccommended. Do not go to the place...

This is one of the worst place ever. Staff dont really give attention to you if you don't want to buy any tour from them (specially ilhami). When he heard that we bought a tour from outside, he didn't even look at me when he is talking. It is bad such people are exist in the business. Definitely not recommended

Pros - Lovely, helpful staff, clean, well equipped rooms, delicious breakfast, digital door signs (do not disturb, clean the room etc), fabulous location with amazing restaurants and shops nearby (a stone's throw from a Masjid) Cons - our room faced out onto a noisy bar. It was sweltering in our room so we had to keep the balcony door open all night, which meant we suffered the noise into the early hours on most nights. We booked this hotel because it had hammam facilities but on arrival were told its closed. I hope this isn't permanent.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The receptionist helped us in choosing the most cost effective cruises and tours and even booked one for us too. The chef greeted us with complementary sweets every day. This hotel is at walking distance from grand bazaar, topkapi palace, cisterns and haha Sophia and is surrounded by multiple souvenir shops and excellent food restaurants that had comparable and great prices. There are multiple money exchanges within walking distance and have very good rates. Overall if u like to rent a car u can but even if u don’t and are someone who likes walking 15minutes or so everyday, this hotel is at perfect location for u. It’s also near the seaside so u can go for evening walks too. Overall we loved it.

Lovely little hotel. Very clean. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Had a great massage and Turkish bath. Ideal for sightseeing. Saff brought us a little dish of Turkish delight in the evening (nice touch). Would stay here again if I visit Istanbul again.

Clean and tidy hotel room in a very convenient place customer service was excellent and staff were friendly. One downside is that they do not call taxi or do shuttle to the airport. Also given the location the soundproofing is truly amazing. We stayed in other hotels in that same area and we could not take a nap in the middle of the day.

Stayed here for 2 nights after a cruise. Perfectly situated for most of the major sightseeing stops. Also close to tram stations and many bars/restaurants. Small, but we'll equipped rooms with tea/coffee, TV, fast WiFi, a/c, lift and a very good shower. The breakfast was delicious. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay here again.
