The hotel converted from an apartment has an excellent location, right next to Istanbul's Grand Bazaar and Turkish Baths. It is very convenient to visit the Bazaar or take a bath. There are also Chinese restaurants nearby, although the taste is not authentic, it is better than nothing. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helped call a taxi and help negotiate the price. If you like to visit old streets, you can choose here, although the conditions are average.

The hotel was very central and only about 5 minutes from the tram station. It was clean but a bit run down, but nothing bad. You could take coffee, tea and water 24/7. The hotel staff was very friendly and nice.

Очень редко пишу отзывы, особенно негативные. Но тут прям нужно обязательно. Заселилась ночью и хотела просто спокойно лечь спать. Но как только зашла в номер - ахнула. Мало того, что дверь хлюпкая, можно даже рукой выбить, и везде все рваное, сломанное, так самое главное, там была ПЛЕСЕНЬ. (Под обоями и в ванной) Кривой скрипучий пол, какие -то пятна на кровати, так ещё и окно выходит - В стену! Где тут же висят уже откисшие кондиционеры и образовалась свалка.
На мою просьбу поменять номер- мне отказали, сославшись на занятые номера. Вернуть деньги - тоже отказались.
Смогли поменять только на следующий день утра. Принимать душ в ту ночь я побоялась.
Другой номер был чуть посвежее и чище, но все равно были поломанные плинтуса, кривой и скрипучий пол. И не работал сейф. Общее впечатление было испорчено.
При выборе ориентировалась на отзывы, но они оказались далеко от реальности. Вдруг кому-то этот отзыв пригодиться. За такую цену и в этом расположении есть полно других ХОРОШИХ отелей.

Отдыхали в Стамбуле в январе, обслуживание в отеле очень понравилось. Девушка на ресепшене - Закия, помогала решить все вопросы. Большинство достопримечательностей в шаговой доступности, рядом остановка трамвая и Гранд базар, продлили отдых еще на 4 дня в этом отеле. Завтраки хорошие.
