Super great location for the travelers in Istanbul. It is very easy to move between IST airport and Taksim square by airport bus. The hotel is located within 5min by walk from airport bus stop. And it will take 3min from hotel to Taksim square and metro station.

Bathroom design for my 1st room is terrible with stepping in shower area no enclosure so wet all floors. Asking to change the room since i stayed 4 nights but service from staff very ignorant had to force till get room change. No shower cap as minimum amenities not filling coffee and water. Besides location convenience the rest are not good at all.

We stayed for couple days and felt right at home. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect! In the center of everything, and walkable. Would definitely recommend!

A hotel that costs 900 per night is really not worth it. Ctrip wrote Four Points Flex, but it is actually Four Points Express. According to Marriott's classification, Four Points is already very average, and adding Express makes it even worse.
In addition, the hotel bathroom has no grooves, and the shower water completely overflows. The bathroom is full of water after taking a shower, and you need to use a towel to absorb the water. The floor is very slippery, and it is dangerous to have water. In short, the experience is very bad.
