The hotel fully meets my expectations and was particularly excellent. I can only recommend and gladly repeat

Deplorable as a hotel, we stayed from June 6 to 9, 2023 The rooms are tiny. We give you 1 bottle of water on the first day and that’s it! The air conditioning is not controllable. We won't give you soap or toilet paper!! When we leave, the lady of the room steals our can (it's not the fact of the can or the price, it's the fact of stealing and getting angry at us knowing that we left our suitcases there, left in an unsupervised corridor with valuable bags we demanded to put them in front of a camera I saw the lady come back down with them in her hands and deny it all and get angry at us! She then made up the fact that we were bleeding in it! the bed, we took out photos from another room! Because neither me nor my friend were bleeding. When we came back to get our luggage, they took out other photos, always accusing us and asking us to pay. Unpleasant and thieving staff! A pitiful lunch!! The view from the room is on an abandoned building, false description.

The hotel is not in the most beautiful area, but close to public transport. The area is quite quiet. Nearby there is a metro station and a tram stop. Be prepared to navigate steep ascents and descents on your way to the metro station and Galata Tower with Istiklal Street. Hagia Sophia is within walking distance across the Galata Bridge (about half an hour). The hotel itself is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is quite varied, I didn’t get tired of it after 6 meals. The rooms are fresh, we found them quite compact, there was not enough space for clothes. The bathroom has no complaints, the water was always hot and the pressure was good. They clean well. There is audibility between numbers, but not critical. It didn't bother us too much, but be prepared to hear conversations from the corridor and other rooms.
