The service attitude of the front desk was very unfriendly and impatient. Because the hygiene of the room was too poor, we asked to change the bed sheets. When we checked out, we were also asked to pay for the bed sheet cleaning fee. As a hotel, it should keep hygiene and clean. We have changed two rooms since we checked in, and the hygiene is particularly bad. The carpet in the room is also covered with dust and hair. Although the shower gel is a sample, I don’t know if it is expired or water is added. It is difficult to use. The cleaning staff broke into the room directly.
