The hotel is in a good location. The rooms were clean every day but still was hair everywhere. We got the two rooms by the reception level and was always noisy and smoke from cigarettes. Don’t accept room 001 or 002 because you will have bad experience, noisy and disturbing. The breakfast was ok, alot of variety. Ramazan helped us with information about the city. If I book again the hotel I will request different rooms.

Hotel booked via ***********. for 5 nights paid 750 quid. Bargain. Hitel was in contact with me via WhatsApp before the trip to.istanbul. Very helpful staff. They arranged my airport transfers needed big van as had a holiday to dubai after istanbul and a lot of luggage with us and 6 of us. Breakfast was no existant, nothing is like the usual breakfast food, but I heard it's the same in all.hotels even the more expensive ones. We had a family two bedroom room. Two bathrooms. Three beds in one room and a double in ours. As we had a lot of luggage, the room became very cramped. 6 suitcases and 5 cabin bags. Showers were good. The toilets were good. Sink was dodgy tap moving about. Lighting was good. Although started flashing after day 3. Location is perfect amongst the high-end hotels, 10 mins walk to grand bazaar and blue mosque and 5 mins to hagi Sofia and the basilica cistern on the same road as hotel. 7 mins walk to.gulhane train doen hill (up.on way back) . Station and I didn't realise, but it's also close to sultanahment Tram Station just and to walk through Side Street. (Flat walk). Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to others maybe better with smaller family than ours. For what we paid, this hotel was excellent.

Small rooms. Hot water does not always work in the shower. You Bly one elevator. Limited breakfast. Building work taking place on top floor. Location is great. Within walking distance of all the main sights. Plenty of shops & restaurants on doorstep.

Stayed for 8 days in the family room and I like that it's 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It's clean and new if you're not fussy. Bed is comfortable too. Windows are airtight and you'll not hear the honking sounds or shouting by the loals. Location is really good, 2 mins walk to supermarket, 5 mins to Hagia Sophia. Sultanahmet and Gulhane tram Stations within walking distance. Staffs are very friendly especially Mr Ramadan and the breakfast team. If they can improve on these areas, this hotel is a gem! - more hot food/varieties during breakfast. Most of it are cold side dishes and fried food. They do not top up if the dish is finished. Breakfast is at basement, kinda sad. - no shower gel or toothbrush set in room, we have to buy our own. Supermarket is nearby - water flow is good but hot water comes and go. Not very pleasant during winter. - TV is super small and remote doesn't work.

Everything is near the hotel, it's in the center. The personnel is very kind and willing to help for everything. The breakfast very various and delicious. The rooms are clean and spacious with little balconies looking at the street. You couldn't wish for a better place to stay in Istanbul.
