I was with my daughter and it was a great experience for us the Hotel was amazing in cleaning and Stuff were great and very nice to help The breakfast was good and everything was fresh and delicious Our room was in a 5th floor we had a good view of the city and pool The bath tub was so clean to use. We will stay here again soon 😇 Thank you for everything

They want money for everything I requested them for late check out they refused then I asked them can I put my bags here due to I’m coming back to hotel next day they charged me for that and air conditioning not working they wanted me to open the windows which kind of 5 star is that they want money for everything

The hotel is located in the middle of the commercial area, but you can walk to the city center in 5-8 minutes, where there are plenty of restaurants etc. You can get everywhere by taxi, bus, metro etc. According to my rating, the 4-star hotel deserves a maximum of 3 stars. The bed is big but not comfortable. Consists of two mattresses, so the two beds share and there is a large gap. The cleanliness in the shower is unacceptable, mold in the joints and on the silicone sealing. The breakfast is sufficient, every day a different soup, from different vegetables, fruit, Kelloggs, scrambled eggs etc. enough choice. Different types of tea, coffee, water etc. The service staff was very friendly. Overall, it's a bit high for the price range. Next time I would choose a different hotel.

The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing experience. The on-site dining was equally impressive, offering a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel's location is ideal—conveniently situated for exploring the city's major attractions, shopping, and dining. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. It truly exceeded expectations on every level.

It is a 7-minute walk from the subway station. It is in a relatively quiet location. The room is clean and tidy. There are several local Turkish cafes at the door where you can have breakfast. We forgot to collect our passports after checking in, but the staff sent them to our room. Thank you very much.

The hotel is not bad, the breakfast is quite good. The surrounding area is also very grounded, not far from the subway.

Overall I have not so good impression on the total but the location was a bit tricky if you’re coming via Metro, it’s located far from metro station and can’t walk! The room is quite small, no toothbrushes and toothpaste, there’s no any bathrobe, WiFi is slow even it’s 5 star hotel. Window view was awkward and looks to the grey wall of the neighbouring building. Breakfast was not like 5star hotels, just 2-3 hot dishes. When I was eating a waiter took my plate with cheese and olives and threw it in the trash bin🤣 I told I’m still eating and he replies oh sorry and didn’t replace the plate 😂

Отель понравился . Номера хорошие. Чистые. Никакого постороннего запаха. Один был минус. И то мы с ним решили. Оказывается еду с доставки заносить в номер нельзя . Но после 2 минут разговоров персонал разрешил. Надеюсь управление гостиницей примет какое-то решение . Либо предупреждайте заранее и напишите об этом в описании. Или же не запрещайте. 😄а так пребываем довольны. Советую . Персонал кстати очень отзывчив.
