The room and amenities are first class. Breakfast at $16 plus tip was abysmal. Eggs were dry. No fruit. No juice. Potato hashbrowns were soggy. When asked about fresh fruit or juice was told there was a supply issue. Went to 7-11 a few blocks away and they had a whole shelf of fresh cut fruit. A hotel of this caliber should have a full breakfast!!

The hotel is located in the center of the town, with beautiful environment and warm service. It is close to the Paris Baguette bakery.

There was no waiting time upon check-in and the reception responded kindly. When I entered the room, a welcome message appeared on the TV screen. It's not a big deal, but I felt good so I left a photo to prove it haha. I was impressed with the structure, which allows you to separate the shower room from the sink by closing the door, and creates a more cozy space by closing the door as well. Cleanliness was very good I told them that the heating in the first room I was assigned to was weak. They changed the room right away. The Nespresso machine provided 4 coffee capsules every day, so I enjoyed drinking them in the morning and evening. We do not provide separate water bottles. There is a glass bottle provided in the room, so you can drink it from the water purifier on each floor. Considering the environment, it didn't bother me that much. I arrived late at night and the food at the hotel restaurant was decent. The staff here were also friendly. The steak potatoes, which had a unique name, were so delicious that I ate them twice. Because downtown Ithaca is so small, Almost everything is close to the hotel. However, if you are a visitor to Cornell University It looked very close on the map. You must be prepared to hike~ We walked for exercise and even used Uber. My only complaint was that the room I changed to was a connecting room. There is some noise from the room next door. I don't know if I'll ever visit this city again. It was a hotel that made me think about booking again if I go there😊

Check in is more convenient

The ability to walk to dinner, show and drinks makes this a great place to stay. Parking was just a short walk from the hotel. The staff was over the top friendly and accommodating. On site restaurant and bar are a great choice as well.

Great location walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Staff were great. Nicely decorated and appointed hotel. Boutique rather than cookie cutter.

Hotel room and facilities were great . Eat elsewhere - service on restaurant terrible/slow although good quality very good . Parking 1-2 blocks off site and need to walk outdoors

Nice and clean property, on a convenient location close to Cornell Commons. Parking is at a garage a few steps down the street at a reasonable rate-the only downside is that there is no in and out privilege.

The WiFi requires submitting a lot of information. The TV service was erratic. While we watched YouTube the screen twice went blank. Staff are good. The hotel is in a good location. Hound and Mare café is within steps of the hotel. Street parking is at a premium.
