Pros: -good sound insulation: despite the busy road under the windows, the room was quiet, you couldn’t hear the neighbors; -15 minutes walk to the embankment, 10 minutes to the metro; -large room (we lived in a standard one) Minuses: -a strange system with air conditioning. You need to talk to the reception about how many degrees you need to set the air conditioner to. It is impossible to change the temperature on your own. Turn it off - just unplug the key from the socket. Turn it on - call/go to the reception again. If you are cold, you want to make the temperature warmer, too only through the reception. -the carpet in the room is stained and needs replacing; -breakfast is very simple, 3 out of 5: cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, bread, muffins, cereal, once we saw the remains of an omelet.

The hotel is under renovation and is accepting guests. The rooms are not very clean..

It's great, everything is beautiful, the suite room is very spacious. The view is beautiful, the breakfast is excellent.

The staff does not speak English at all. Not at all Didn't inform that the booking that was booked does not include breakfast. Instead, it suggests which floor the breakfast is on. When going in for breakfast, they did not inform that they had to pay extra money. Finally came to collect 300 lira which is quite expensive and the food is not varied and not tasty. Only ham and eggs are meat, not worth it. The room is spacious but the bathroom is dirty. The location of the hotel floor is not good.

Everything was great, the only thing they can improve is on housekeeping, second night we didn’t get replenishment of coffee, clean cups, soap nor towels. Everything else was excellent.

Not bad. However the place likes to have way too much control over things than I would like. Such as room temperature that needs to be phoned with the front desk to change, tv volume fixed, car keys stays ar reception, not allowing more than one key - which leads to issues. But clean and safe.

Air conditioning in the facility is poor ad tje ceilings are low

Pillow cases and bed sheets not clean at all,one of the workers in the middle of the night he try open my car and pull all doors and he was keep staring tru the window checking things from like shopping bags etc.. when i ask why he keep try doors and what he need he answer very rude and his attitude make me change my mind about this place

Staff not able to speak English, the receptionist has not friendly.

Greta place to stay. Close to main highways, and amenities. Plus the room had a suns in the room!!
