Wonderful place to be, the area is just amazing. Small villa houses, very nice and a clean, nice pool area. Just drums up 👍🏻 only issue check out at 11am, if you like to use the morning for diving it too less time. Every hour more costs 400 baht. Therefore no 5 stars.

This resort is beautiful. It is on the side of the island and about 15 minutes walk from the centre. They have somebody that takes your bags to the hotel, that is very confenient. Rooms are very big with aircon. They have a pool that can be used and chairs next to the ocean. Breakfast was very nice. They only thing missing for us, was a good bar. But for the rest it was very nice.

DON’T STAY HERE! We had a terrible experience staying in this hotel. The service was so bad. Reception staff treated us very bad. The location is not good, too far from everything. Room was not good, not clean, toilet was not working, shower was not working properly… after check out the reception staff told us that we had to walk to the pier, no bags transportation. It took us almost 30 minutes to reach the pier from the hotel. Staff not friendly. EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED STAY HERE.

A pleasant hotel near the pier of Phi Phi Island, but far enough from the noisy center. Accommodation sufficient for short-term accommodation, nice pool, reasonable breakfast, private beach and mini market.

Good option in Phi Phi , but needs to improve breakfast options.

Amazing accommodation in the quiet part of Koh PhiPhi but only 10/15 to the center and party area. The bungalows are so beautiful and the swimmingpool is just perfect. Only the breakfast was not that good. Every day everything was empty and we had to ask all the time to refill.

Check out under time pressure did not work out, as hotel needed time to check the room. Of course it was our fault to be late but the service staff could have been nicer (blamed us to come earlier next time instead of speeding up the process). Hotel has a great location and pool though.

Great location next to the beach, with a lovely pool. Location wise a 5/10 minute walk away from the more touristic part of Phi Phi, but that makes it a bit less crowded and noisy. Definitely would recommend staying here. Great breakfast as well!

The power suddenly went out at 22:00 midnight during the dog days of summer, forcing customers to perform a real-life version of "Survival on Deserted Island" in a 40℃ steamer. After calling the customer service hotline more than a dozen times, I was shocked to find that your hotel's night service was artificial intelligence customer service - it didn't exist at all! I was forced to perform a midnight run, and when I was walking through the dark corridor in my pajamas, I thought your hotel had thoughtfully arranged an immersive **adventure project. The poker-faced receptionist at the front desk is a model in the industry. After listening to the tearful accusation, he showed a standard smile comparable to that of an AI robot: "Maybe the power outage occurred." Does your company's employee training manual contain the golden rule of "I lose if I apologize"? I suggest changing the name of the store to "Summer Resort". After all, there is no other innovative service in the city that allows guests to do hot yoga in the middle of the night while sweating. In the 20 minutes from power outage to power restoration, I deeply understood the business philosophy of your store: the air conditioner can be stopped, the service can be paralyzed, but the blame-shifting technology is always online. This textbook-level disaster emergency response is recommended to be declared as an intangible cultural heritage. Finally, a warm reminder: friends who plan to experience the life of primitive people, please identify this store, and remember to bring your own flashlight, cattail leaf fan and quick-acting heart-saving pills!

I like this hotel very much. It is a detached cottage. The room is very close to the beach. There are always cat guests visiting my cottage. I also book the boat tickets to go out to sea and return to Phuket directly at the front desk. I look forward to staying here again.

It was definitely an experience beyond our expectations. The cottage, lobby, and swimming pool all gave us a holiday feel, especially the breakfast room on the second floor, which overlooks the swimming pool and the seaside. The whole family was full of praise for this place.
