Nice and well located hotel with good security in the middle of Glodok LTC; good price / value ratio! LTC Glodok Hayam Wuruk is a bustling electronics and computer mall known for wholesale gadgets, computer parts, and tech accessories.

Check in wait around 30mins. The main road in front the hotel is under construction, and is one way road.. few drivers cancelled our booking maybe due to this reason, not very convenient. Room is spacious , without bathtub.. the slipper is without plastic bag, not dare to wear cause not sure is it clean..

Thinking the hotel was quite near to Ancol beach, I had no idea it was a bit of a challenge to find the hotel. We had to turn round twice round the location. We were given the 3rd floor, supposed to be a quiet area and non smoking zone. The first evening was rather noisy. Sounded like a group of travellers. Then a long, loud ring successfully drowned out our TV programme. Later at night, a faint suffocating cigarette smells came from the washroom. Lasted about an hour maybe. However, we loved the hotel spacious feel, the vibrant look and really enjoyed its selection of breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, we were not able to have our 2nd breakfast there because we had a very early flight back to Malaysia.

Room was disappointing. Both the safe and kettle in the room had to be changed out. The hair dryer in the toilet did not work too and I did not bother by then as I was getting frustrated. Air conditioning in the room was barely cool and the thermostat did nothing for temperature control. Hygiene was poor, the carpet felt very dirty and the silicon seals in the washroom were all covered in mould. Even the tap at the basin was obviously a badly thought replacement as it does not reach far enough into the basin. Unless you turn on the tap for larger flows, smaller flows will just trickle out of the basin at the edge.

This is my second time staying at Grand Orchardz Hotel and i like it so much. Satisfied from check in to check out, everything is great and also fast and smooth. Always looking forward for the breakfast. Last time i came, got the Kue Pukis, this time is Kue Cubit and the next day is pancake. I would come again soon :)

I stayed there for 4 nights. Despite its cleanliness and strategic location, there were two major problems. First, the shower didn't work really well every day. Second, the amenities were not really good. Moreover, it was so hard to press to get the soap out. I'm not sure if I will stay there again.

The hotel is cleanl, the room is small and suitable for 2 people. The breakfast is delicious. The restaurant on the 8th floor has a view of the surroundings and the food is delicious. The location is in a narrow street, but there are always taxis and tuk-tuks passing by. The receptioni is friendly. The staff who manage cars in front of the hotel is very good. They help to call taxi and ask the taxi price.

I left my charger there and almost lost it because the reception said there is nothing left in my room, until the next day they suddenly called to tell they'd found it. Sometimes a little effort is much appreciated, not because you want to, but it is a bare minimum to help people who forget their belongings. It is an act of kindness as a human being.

Hotel is a rather old 4-star hotel. Rooms are old, but overall still pretty decent. Location wise, not very good as there is not much things nearby with the convenience store located across the road which you have to cross which is busy. If you do intend to take the motorbike transportation while there, do note you will have to walk to the main entrance as bikes are not allowed at the lobby for pickup. Staff is superb and really helpful, always greeting with a smile. Room service food is decently priced and tastes good as well.

Very nice lovely hotel. Front desk staff officers gave me free upgrade on the first day, and it was a delux room. Neat clean, spacious room with good view. Front desk officers Ivone, Raisa, and first day officer ( Sorry, can't remember the name) are wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful.. Breakfast is super delicious. The chef came out and explained about food. Juices are not just colouring waters. Those real fruit juice tastes. They have a nice Nusanthara meal choice at a very affordable price. Extended and stayed an additional day. But small thing to say , please ask restaurant some staff memebers to smile and be pleasant. Not the trainees. Trainees are much better than seniors. Keep it up. Good work. Recomend for Foreigners.
