Novotel Jakarta Mangga Dua Square

An average stay that didn’t quite meet expectations. Stay Experience: Overall, my stay at Novotel Mangga Dua Jakarta was just okay and nothing particularly memorable. It served its basic purpose, but the comfort level could definitely be improved. Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel looks decent, but the room felt uncomfortable due to poor temperature control. Even after adjusting the settings, the room remained warm. Room Comfort: This was the main downside. The air-conditioning was not cold enough, making the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable, especially after a long day out. Food: Food was average. Nothing bad, but nothing special either. Staff Assistance: Staff were generally polite, but the overall experience was not enhanced enough to offset the room comfort issues. Highlights: Honestly, there weren’t any standout highlights during the stay. Price: For the price paid, the experience felt less than what was expected, mainly due to the room condition. Location: The location is convenient, especially if you plan to shop around Mangga Dua, but comfort-wise, the stay could be better.

It's surprisingly a very nice hotel. Starting when we entered, the scent is luxurious and pleasing. The i terior is great and has a resort vibe somehow. when we checked in, they asked us to wait while they prep the room, so we were asked to wait at their resto/lounge and got free complimentary arrival drink. The room is spacious and the bathroom is big. The amenities are quite complete. We requested for a celebration serving upon arrival but when we entered our room we just received the 2 swan towels. Thats okay :) apart from that, breakfast buffet were nice and variety. And there's a kids club which wasnt really active and is lacking in toys/ materials to entertain our toddlers. But all well. Just location wise, it's kinda in the center of the busy city so I hardly say we could reach places by walking distances which was quite hard for us with 2 toddlers. We still had to book taxis/transports to even reach Mangga2 Mall/ ITC Mangga 2. But overall it was a great stay for a short resting trip. Love it

Travelled with family here. Disappointed with the room & the toilet condition. Shower head have no water. Called for help. The hotel staff said will bring someone to get it fix. While Fixing the technician brought two-three technician in their boots and keeping the door open. My family was in the room at the centre. How absurd. Not coming back despite was offered a free stay there. Was given one robe for two adult stay.

I like to stay at Novotel Hotel Mannga Dua Square as its close to local shops like buying batik and local spices. Our recent trip can be better if we are given the requested reserved room that we paid, which is the non smoking room. Sadly they are not available. If that os the case please check your guest preffered room and reserved it especially the it is already fully paid. Hope this request will be acceded on our next visit.

Located near to many restaurant and malls, alot of coffee choices as well. They allowed for early checkin. Breakfast has a lot of option and all is very good.
