Facilities: The hotel facilities are quite complete. Hygiene: The sanitary conditions are okay, but I stayed for 2 days. When I returned to the hotel at night, I found that no one was cleaning it for me🧹. Service: The service is average, the front desk does not speak English.

This hotel was okay, like any other Ibis really. Very closeby to restaurants and malls (by cab about 6 minutes). Really catering to guests and offer tea & dates at reception, lovely staff.

Good location and service. Breakfast was nice and offer a lot of choices. Room was clean and amenities are basic but acceptable.

The room was great and very spacious. The staff were also courteous and helpful. One thing however, was that I was billed twice. Although it was my mistake that I forgot that I paid online initially, but they still asked me for payment upon check in, which again, I totally forgot that I paid online. They said there was something wrong with their billing department. Anyway, had a good time. Will definitely visit again.

Galleria Hotel is amazing... Reception is a very respected human, and the hotel is sweet.

The room facilities are complete and the environment is beautiful and natural

The hotel location is convenient for families. We book a family suite. Location is good and free parking with yummy food options

The downtown hotel recommended by the customer is next to the main road, not too far from the airport, and convenient to travel. There is a big shopping mall next to it and a Chinese restaurant. Hotel environment is OK, breakfast is very simple

Personally I think the overall is good, and there is another hotel opposite. Anyway, wherever Saudi goes, there is either a car or a taxi, and the location is not important.
