The cleaning staff were completely disrespectful; the place was unclean, the prayer mat was unclean, the carpet was unclean, especially the rugs on the room floor, and the air conditioners were unclean."

Theirs a small pool in the roof and a mini gym, the equipment didn’t function well, will need an upgrade. Rooms also cute and relaxing. Some have a sliding toilet door that wouldn’t close properly , needs a bit of attention. The best part of the hotel is the staff. You’ll meet young professional local Saudis that will greet you with true Arabian warmth and hospitality. I would highly recommend Shada."

Service was impeccable — from check-in to concierge to nightly turndown service. The breakfast buffet was excellent (apparently rated #1 in Jeddah), and the temperature-controlled rooftop pool is beautiful, as is the rooftop restaurant. Modern, elegant property — highly recommend."
