A special thanks to Ahmed from Yemen and Nura both were so nice and accommodating. Actually, every staff member was amazing I just couldn’t remember all their names! Thank you so much for making my stay wonderful. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again whenever I visit Jeddah ! Sorry I didn’t take many pictures"

I waited for more than 30 mins at the counter especially after travelling almost 17 hrs, and they treat their customers like this and try to take advantage - as in that particular situation, you don’t have many options.
