Great location. Not far from the airport. Staff were very polite and helpful. Very nice breakfast. The room was spacious and very clean. I wish the room had a bathtub.

The facilities are a bit old, but the breakfast is good. It's located near the restaurant featured in that variety show, only a few hundred meters away. It's a decent place to stay.

Excellent brand-new hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. Even the basic rooms are huge, and come with all the amenities you could need, as does the bathroom. The cleanliness is impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel! Great value for money!

I recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and helpful—especially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality. The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and were very satisfied with the overall experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and the room was spotless and well-maintained. We initially booked a standard room for two ladies, but to our pleasant surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a junior suite at no extra cost. We didn’t catch the names of the staff who assisted us, but we would like to express our sincere gratitude for their thoughtful gesture and warm hospitality. Since we are from Riyadh, our friends from Jeddah came to visit us at the hotel. What was supposed to be a simple overnight stay turned into a fun and memorable get-together, as the suite was very spacious and even had a comfortable living area — perfect for bonding and relaxation. We highly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah. Everything was beyond our expectations — the service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. Inshallah, when we visit Jeddah again, we will definitely stay here once more. 🌟

The hotel is a few blocks from the beach, but it's only a few minutes' taxi ride away, so the location is pretty good, and it's great value for money. The hotel breakfast is made by Indian chefs and features a lot of Indian curries and other dishes, offering a decent variety. The room is a bit small; the double bed is smaller than those at Aloft, making it feel a little cramped. The rooftop pool, however, is quite nice.

We are leaving Mövenpick Hotel Jeddah today with happy hearts and complete satisfaction. From the very first welcome, we felt valued and cared for. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making our stay truly enjoyable. Every detail reflected excellent hospitality and high standards. Other than the warm welcome from Hussam Alzahrani, the rest was average and below average hotel. It seems that so much was done for this hotel but it was not properly operationalized. A little touch from the management would make a great hotel out of it.

The tv in the room was not working. The WiFi is public not private per room. Overall the hotel is nice and clean. I do recommend.

There is a shopping mall 1 km away from the hotel. You can see airplanes above your head while walking on the road. The location of the hotel is very good, about 20 minutes from the airport. There are two holiday inn chain brands in Jeddah. The room facilities in the other hotel are relatively new, and we have stayed there for a while. Relatively speaking, I recommend that one more. The hotel Wi-Fi requires a pop-up webpage to enter your account and password to log in. The Wi-Fi speed is okay, and I can play the international version of the League of Legends mobile game. The sister at the front desk has a very good service attitude and can help us quickly renew the room and recharge the key card. The uncle at the door was also very nice in helping carry our luggage. There is also a swimming pool on the roof, which is heated all day long. We occasionally went for a swim. Hotel prices are relatively high. But the location is very good, which may be the reason for the high price of his hotel.
