The desk is too small to work at. The wait staff at the desk will gladly try to serve you if they care to understand, the help . staff avert your gaze when the wait staff are in view. Also the hot water is boiling and then lukewarm to cold within 10 minutes."

GGuest UserIt is located in front of the main bus route in Jeddah and the bus stop is nearby, so it is very convenient if you are planning to take a bus trip. It is adjacent to Jeddah TeamLab and within walking distance of the old town, so I think the location is very good. The breakfast buffet was also Arabic-style and delicious.

JJerryhaoziThe room is spacious overall. The breakfast is rather monotonous, a typical Middle Eastern meal. I am a little uncomfortable with it. There is a restaurant next to it that serves good food. It is close to the airport and the place where I am going on a business trip. The drive is OK.

MMUI booked this hotel less than two hours before check-in. When I arrived at check-in, the room was not cleaned up. In addition, the room given to me was not good. The location was not good. The mobile phone had no signal. The WiFi signal was very poor. Even if the connection was successful, it still did not meet the requirements for receiving and sending messages.
