Great hotel and location! Best place to stay in Jeddah.

Booking overseas hotels through Ctrip is incredibly convenient. Everything was wonderful, I had a great holiday, the room types were great, and the prices were cheaper than other platforms. The key is the super convenient payment process. When I couldn't pay online from other websites, Ctrip handled everything perfectly; customer service took care of everything. They also offer 24/7 support for any issues.

Perfect location , the guys outside the welcoming guys who take your bag to the room are very friendly , the sea view is a different building you should know that , before you book .

Very disappointing experience at Jeddah Corniche Hilton. At 3 a.m. during check-out, I asked the receptionist for a bottle of water for my 2-year-old toddler and was told to go buy it from a mini market. This lack of basic care and empathy is unacceptable and far below the standards expected from the Hilton brand

Everything was excellent, from the reception staff to the cleanliness of the room.

Other than the warm welcome from Hussam Alzahrani, the rest was average and below average hotel. It seems that so much was done for this hotel but it was not properly operationalized. A little touch from the management would make a great hotel out of it.

We had a very pleasant stay at Rasis Serviced Apartments. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, making it comfortable for a family stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the facilities met our needs very well. The location is good and convenient, though slightly away from major attractions. Overall, a great value for money and we would be happy to stay here again.

I booked this hotel less than two hours before check-in. When I arrived at check-in, the room was not cleaned up. In addition, the room given to me was not good. The location was not good. The mobile phone had no signal. The WiFi signal was very poor. Even if the connection was successful, it still did not meet the requirements for receiving and sending messages.
