I booked a room for a business trip. It is located in the city center. There are many restaurants around the hotel. I don't have to worry about eating. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. The check-in experience was great, and free drop-off service was provided. Every service staff I encountered was warm and thoughtful, so I would like to give it a thumbs up. The room is very clean, the bathroom is large, and the wet and dry bathrooms are separated. Any problems will be solved immediately. The attitude is very good. I like it. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Jiayuguan.

The hotel's appearance is average, and the interior decoration is also quite satisfactory. It can reach the level of three or four stars. I accidentally chose Chenfeng Hotel and received a pleasant surprise from its service. First of all, the hotel has a pick-up service, which is very friendly to guests traveling independently. The manager called to communicate the pick-up details before we arrived at the station. I didn't expect that the manager was a pretty girl. She drove a BMW X6 to pick us up in person. She took the luggage and recommended delicious food along the way. She was meticulous and thoughtful. Looking at her small body, she really gave a lot of energy. I have to give her a thumbs up 👍🏼. Secondly, we booked a standard room. When we checked in, the front desk lady saw that we were a family of three and upgraded the room. She carefully replenished the toiletries and sent the children breakfast. This service is really meticulous. The hotel room has good heating, clean and hygienic, and good sound insulation. Highly recommended!

This hotel ended up being so much better than i expected. It was very affordable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is so clean and the rooms are spotless, comfortable and nicely decorated. The security was very kind and attentive as well. I really enjoyed my stay here.

First let me start by saying when you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room on the west side of the hotel, floors 6 and up. When we just arrived we got a room on floor 5 (a budget room, so just pay a bit extra for a better room) and it just didn't feel clean and the toilet didn't work, but the staff were so nice the upgraded our room to the 7th floor and the room there were clean, spacious and really nice.
The staff helped us with everything during our stay, and organized a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and they could speak some English
Overall I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to stay a couple nights.

+Although the room sparrow is small and complete, the decoration is new, the sofa, the small table are available, and the mattress is comfortable. Bathing toilets are separated and dry and wet are separated.
- During the stay, there were only a few degrees at night, but unfortunately the air conditioner did not heat up. It was 18 or 9 degrees all night. It was a bit cold after the shower.
- Projection is not as comfortable as watching TV.
The overall cost-effective, I also went to the main building to see before I checked in, the room was too old, and the newly renovated East Building was recommended.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the bath water is hot and very comfortable.
Hygiene: It's clean and no dead spots were found.
Environment: The hotel is a bit far away from the old city, but next to it is the 4A-level scenic spot East Lake Park. The night view is beautiful and you can overlook the Qilian Snow Mountain.
Service: I received a call from the hotel front desk in the morning and took the initiative to reserve a parking space for us. We received warm hospitality as soon as we arrived at the hotel door. The staff were proactive and professional. The welcome snacks in the room gave us a small surprise. The restaurant staff also introduced us to the scenery of Jiayuguan, which left us with wonderful memories.

The hotel service is warm, whether it is welcoming guests, front desk or restaurant. It is completely unexpectedly good! It is my first time to Jiayuguan on a business trip, and my friend recommended it here. Parking is very convenient and free. The hotel environment is very good. Nanhu Park is not far from the hotel, which is very convenient for going out for a walk. The hotel room is very large, the overall decoration is very new and clean, especially the bathtub is also very clean, the side bath is separated, and you can check in with confidence. The most thoughtful thing is that when I checked out, the front desk learned that I had to drive a long-distance car for a long time, and specially sent two bottles of warm mineral water, which was very thoughtful.

RryuichizwjIt’s my second time to stay at James Coffin. It’s a unique hotel. The smell of coffee can be felt when you enter the door. You can drink coffee for free. It's just that the room in this hotel is relatively small and it's a bit difficult to get around. Everything else is pretty good. The hotel is relatively close to Guancheng Scenic Area, about 4 kilometers away by car, and it is convenient to eat nearby.

They speak little or no English (as everywhere) but communication worked, also with translator app, and they were helpful and attentive. For me, location was very convenient (next to the railway station (the one I used), a city bus hub, e.g. to the fort, and some food options)

The girls at the front desk were very nice (the recommended Xiaohua and Dapangzi, Huguo, Xingpi tea, and beef noodles were all delicious, and the hotel location was good, not far from these places). They also upgraded our room (thank you again). The guest rooms were very clean, and the corners of the bathroom were very clean. Whether it was the room staff or the front desk, they would greet the guests and respond to the guests' needs. It was great👍... The shampoo, shower and hand soap in the room all smelled very good, and the most favorite thing was that the pillows were so comfortable (I want to know what brand it is)
I almost forgot to mention the breakfast. The restaurant was clean and sanitary, and the dishes were rich!
I forgot to take pictures of the guest rooms in a hurry, but I will choose Starway Hotel in the future

GGuest UserThis time we booked a suite with one king bed and two twin beds. This is a B&B that was renovated from a self-built house. The owner is very enthusiastic. The next day we slept until we woke up naturally before going to the Guancheng Scenic Area. Turn right after exiting the inn. , you can reach the Guancheng Great Wall Museum after a 10-minute stroll, and then continue 100 meters further to reach the entrance of the scenic spot. There is no need to go to the visitor center again to take the sightseeing bus (but the sightseeing bus is free). The room decoration is pretty good, but the bathroom is a bit hard to describe...
A few comments and suggestions:
The first is that there is no hand soap/soap in the bathroom; the second is that the toiletries are placed in the box on the wall, which is not very clean, and the toothbrushes, shampoo, and body soap are still the ones used in small hotels many years ago. , like B&Bs cannot have the same configuration standards as branded hotels, can you choose a brand that is easy to use, with large bottles for home use? The quality of the people is still quite high. There should be no customers taking bottles home with them anymore, right? 😅; The third is that the air conditioner in the twin room is like a tractor and is very loud. On the contrary, the electric heater in the other room is surprisingly easy to use, but if it is summer, how will that room be cooled? The fourth is that the door of the room is very thin. , but there was no sound insulation problem the night we checked in; fifthly, the hair dryer in the room, uh uh uh uh. Small details like this to improve customer happiness do not cost a lot of money, so it is recommended that the boss be willing to invest in them.
The key point is worthy of praise - this room comes with breakfast, and the breakfast tastes great. Cold vegetables, steamed buns, cakes, white eggs, millet porridge, corn, sweet potatoes, and sweet ginseng fruit... everything is available
In short, the breakfast is 100 points and the service is 100 points. The only shortcoming is that the facilities need to be improved and the bathroom hygiene needs to be improved.

GGuest UserHuili Business Apartment. Like the name implies it caters more for businessmen. If you don’t have a car it can be a bit of a hassle to get around. Though taxis are a good standby. As a 4* hotel it is huge and expansive. The hotel is clean and well-maintained though a bit dated. Nevertheless the room I was given was well equipped for a good night’s stay. The staff were helpful and tried their best to help with queries though one of them was a bit clueless. However the much touted night market was a letdown. It was quite a walk away and did not seem to be functioning fully. At night the whole area is aglow with attractive twinkling lights making the hotel look like a fairyland. I have nothing to complain about the hotel because I paid a very good price to stay here and they even allowed me a late check-out!
