I came to this B&B on a business trip. The room is big and has a very clear TV. The owner is so attentive that the TV is available for members. It is well-received. The room is very quiet and the bed is clean. It is quite comfortable to sleep. After dinner in the evening, I went out for a walk to the villa area. It is worthy of being called the Little Switzerland of Northeast China. When I returned to the B&B, the lights hanging on several small roads were all lit up. Everything around became soft and quiet because of these lights. The environment is really good. There are free drink coupons when you check in. The drinks are good. I will come again.

I felt very safe after staying here for two days. The service provided by Jiang Jiang at the front desk was very good and enthusiastic. He was responsive to all requests. Just ask if you need anything. I will consider him next time I go skiing. I have already recommended him to my friends [Happy]

We added the manager on Wechat and he was so helpful and attentive. Service was great. Room was warm and clean. We arrived late on the first night and asked for dinner recommendations. He checked our food preferences, called ahead and sent a car to take us to a good restaurant! Breakfast is nice and right next to the ski service center. He helped with tickets and transport for our whole trip. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel helped adjust the location of the house (phase three was changed to phase one), so that we could reach the ski hall faster. Downstairs from the accommodation is KFC, bakeries and various restaurants. Next door are various ski equipment rental and purchase stores, as well as ski halls and ski trails. You can take photos just by walking around at night. Personally, I think the heating in the room is sufficient, and I basically wear shorts when sleeping in the room. Basically, if you have any problems, go to the hotel and they can solve them. The service is pretty good. Downstairs in Xinxingyuan, the pot-roasted pork and steamed dumplings are super delicious👍

I live in a house in the third phase. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Although it is a bit far to walk to the ski hall, it is within an acceptable range. There is a Erliang Baozi shop opposite the apartment on the first floor. You can have breakfast there, which is very convenient.

Not bad, the community environment is beautiful, the air is fresh, the rooms have complete household appliances, the interior design style is simple and warm, and the overall feeling is clean, comfortable and bright. I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).

I would like to call it the most cost-effective hotel in Songhua Lake 1. The front desk upgraded the room to a high floor for free 2. There is a free late-night cafeteria to satisfy foodies 3. The breakfast is rich and I want to use it in the sun room 4. Although it is not possible to delay check-out, it provides a shower room. I hope other hotels can learn from it 5. The car pick-up and drop-off is really great for this price 6. This service is even better than many five-star hotels I will stay here next time

It was my first time to go skiing in Songhua Lake and I didn’t have a high budget. I chose Qingshan Apartment as my accommodation. The boss helped me throughout the entire process and informed me of the address in advance to mail the skis. The skis were brought into the room one day in advance. When I checked in, I saw snow when I entered the room. The board will be really happy. Every day, I will ask if I need the aunt to clean and replenish the corresponding disposable towels and other items. The third phase is actually not far from the ski resort, only a 10-minute walk, and the Qingshan Canteen is right outside the door. There were so many delicious dishes, and I ordered an acid-removing massage to come to the room. My aunt said that my room was about the same temperature as a prince, much warmer than a salmon. In short, I will choose this hotel next time I come!
