This brand new hotel is really great!! Clean, amazing friendly stuff, ski equipment, sauna & gym! Beside that the hotel was made with so much love to every detail!

酒店房間寬敞，有獨立客廳，傢俱和用品都很高端，早餐豐盛，服務態度好，還有寵物美容空間和汗蒸空間，健身房器材多，衞生條件好，電磁爐櫥櫃方便，小哥服務超級好，美好的入住體驗，感謝😊

松花湖滑雪旅行訂到的超滿意酒店，2024年1月底新開，處女座認證的乾淨➕精品～ 基礎房型也很nice，距離雪場的幾百米距離可以步行也可以讓酒店接送，非常方便。早餐屬於小而美，頂門的早上多吃點可以補充能量。房間其實還有其他設施但是沒來得及探索，比如健身房的器械其實挺多，還有桑拿屋和酒廊。期待下個雪季繼續在雲麓！

松花湖度假區每日不限次數園區接送服務:非常優秀！及時不等待！
每位！每一位！工作人員，都特別熱情接待，幾乎隨時隨地的笑臉相迎，感受非常非常好！有需求時，響應也是非常快！
而且趕上了雪季末，工作人員還給免費升級了房型，這雪景房的體驗感！簡直不要太完美！
對了，早餐，種類很豐富，可以滿足南北方各類人羣口味。

設施：偏愛新酒店探店的請看過來 硬件設備很完善
有很棒的健身房，洗衣房，寵物美容室，桑拿房等
是很齊全的配套啦
環境：離松花湖雪場步行9分鐘可到達，🚗大概兩分鐘內可抵達Salomon（通常這裏下車去租雪具）
還有一處停車點在一個停車出入口，會離雪場更近
周邊各有一個水果店/超市，還有葯店～
服務：原先原定的大床房型直接很幸運得升級到了網紅設計師大床房，尊的很喜歡，有投屏的TV，有加濕器，歐舒丹的洗浴用品，舒適的浴袍真的有增加好感～
就餐區域提供的早餐是供應到10am的 種類算齊全
打包回來的🥡也可拿過來加熱，共同減少食物浪費
Staff真的很親和，名副其實具有Home的感覺～的如果下個雪季還是solotrip，就還是Yun Lu +啦
好叻 放上一個剛會換刃但摸地動作🈶的新萌

趕着松花湖最後的雪季來，特意選了網紅大床房，很滿意👍
設施：設施完善一應俱全；還提供單獨的雪具租賃，可以自由租賃單雙板器具
衞生：很乾凈，堪比五星級酒店
環境：大堂和房間都很温馨，大堂有很多佈置，有北歐的感覺
服務：服務很好，提供入住酒水和零食；到雪場接送隨叫隨到，隨時出發，還提供了手套烘乾器

非常推薦的一家酒店，並且價格不貴，性價比超高！
環境：入室就能感覺到設計師精心的設計感，對標海外滑雪度假村的審美和質感，很喜歡大堂毛茸茸的椅子！對於上班族是一種身心的雙重滿足，質感很好～
房間：小姐姐待人温和，並且主動幫忙升了設計師房型，房間寬敞，佈局合理，窗外雪景也超漂亮，南方孩子狂喜
服務：服務簡直不要太好！很少見到民宿的全部接待人員都能夠提供高素質高質量的服務，雪場接送服務每次都很及時，並且考慮我是晚上的回程行程幫忙延遲了退房時間，對於兩天特種兵行程第二天下午滑完能回房間休息一下收拾行李真的太感謝了😭
是下次再來松花湖必住的酒店，安利大家來！絕對物超所值

設施：新酒店所以設施都很新，很乾凈，好評！
衞生：打掃的也很用心，整體很不錯。
服務：主要是來滑雪的，比較看重服務。首先因為運動很渴所以問酒店要了不少礦泉水，響應很及時；其次酒店有來迴雪場的車接車送服務，劃重點：非常快！！！直接和前台/微信上和酒店説一下就可以出發了，非常好評！
p.s：好像忘記還有下午茶這回事🥺🥺🥺忘記體驗了，下次一定！！！
